Nikitha's pov
Someone blindfolded me but I didn't panic.
Suddenly that person carried me in bridal style. I gasped because of the sudden action.
He carried me down the stairs.
"How can you be like this?" He asked me in a hoarse voice. That voice was rude.
I chuckled and said " Rishi Baby, I know you're trying something but stop overacting."
He stopped in his tracks.
"How did you know?" Rishi asked me.
"I know your touch and your cologne. " I said while blushing slightly.
He pecked my forehead.
"Do you want to know where I'm taking you?" He asked me.
"No." I replied.
"However, you won't reveal anything until we reach it, so I'm going to enjoy the ride." I said.
"Let me put you down." He said.
"Why?" I whined.
"Nowadays you're becoming too much naughty." He said.
"Noo..." I said.
We both were talking and teasing each other for a few minutes and he carried me somewhere.
I heard different kinds of noise but I couldn't guess where he was taking me.
Slowly he placed me down.
I was eagerly waiting for him to remove my blindfold.
"Baby...." He whispered softly in my ears.
Goosebumps erupted all over my skin
He removed my blind fold and my eyes adjusted to the sudden brightness.
I was awestruck by the view.
"Happy birthday My Queen." Rishi whispered in my ears.
Before I could turn back and look him
"Surprise....." I heard a group of voices.
My friends were standing in front of me.
Then I turned back to look at Rishi but he was not there.
'Where did he go?'I thought.
My eyes were searching for him.
"Happy birthday Nikitha...." Everyone shouted at a high pitched tone.
"Happy birthday My dear sissy-in-law." Rithivi said and hugged me.
"Aww.. thank you so much. When did you come here?" I asked him.
"Few hours ago." He said.
I looked around my surroundings.
It's a bank of the stream where we all came in the morning.
Trees around the stream were covered with lights.
I was mesmerised by the decorations.
Food, cake and alcohol. Everything was there.
I think they worked really hard to set up this and that too near the stream. It's unbelievable. Power sources were kept aside... Everything was perfect.
Then only I remembered something. Everyone was standing in front of me except Rishi. So where is he?
