Chapter 7

Genya POV

I walked along the trail to the butterfly Mansion. While walking I saw something. Was it a dead animal? Demon? Wait it's the middle of the day.

Walking towards the pond my legs lost feeling as my eyes settled upon the sight in front of me.

Mui. He was one the floor passed out. His forehead bleed and ran along his face onto the grass. My mind, heart and blood raced. Emotions build up inside me.

I was scared he'd die. I was angry I wasn't there to protect him and I was sad he'd might not live.

Acting quick I picked him up bridal style running full speed to the Butterfly mansion.

"Shinobu-san!!" I ran to the front door of the estate with tears falling. She came out of her office gasping at the sight. "Put him in the medic room. " She ordered running back in her office probably to get some tools.

I placed him on one of the beds and stood to the side. "Genya listen I'm gonna need you to leave in gonna perform surgery."

"Why?" I felt my eyes burn. "He has some rock fragments in his skull." She explained. The more she continued to explain it the more I became scared he might not make it.

Not being able to handle all the news I rushed out of the room crying.
