"Who are the clippers playing?"

"Thunder." I said looking into my mirror while putting my hair in a bun. Callie came inside the bathroom with her toothbrush in hand.

"Both of your boyfriends in the same room!" She said laughing at her little joke but I didn't find that funny.

"Do you know how hard it is being a female coach in the nba? Trying to step outside of dad's shadow? Its hell Callie! I'm literally going nuts over here about making the biggest mistake that just so happens to be the
biggest cliche ever. it's not funny for me." I finally let it out. Her smile faded but it was replaced by a smirk.

"Was he that bad?"

"You're impossible right now." I quickly shed my clothes and get into my shower slamming the door behind me.

"Yeah yeah, you suffer so much blah blah blah. I was just kidding Bri. You need to lighten up a bit."

I heard her footsteps fade away. I wasn't mad at my sister I was just frustrated at myself. I try to be nothing but professional but Mr.Griffin comes along and I turn into play dough.

After finishing my shower and changing into my pjs I sat in bed with a couple of play books spread about and my laptop on my knees. Tomorrow was the final practice before we play OKC. I watched highlights from the thunder over and over until I thought of a play that could eliminate the power of their offence. I had to admit that Westbrook and Durant together was a force but I believe in my boys.

I looked over at my phone that was vibrating on my night stand. It was a unknown number so I didn't bother to answer it. Within seconds later it was vibrating again.

"Hello?"

"I didn't wake you up did I?"

"No. Wait how did you get my number?"

"Your my coach I'm supposed to have your number."

"Well what do you want Griffin?"

"You."

"Okay in hanging up now."

"No w-wait! I'm sorry about my actions at dinner. You're just so tempting."

"Well I'm sorry to end your little fantasy but our relationship has to stay professional. What happened between us is in the past and you have to move on...hello?"

The line went dead. Did he hang up on me? Just then Callie knocked on my bedroom door and poked her head in.

"There's someone at the door for you." She says but the look on her face confirmed what I already knew.

"What the hell is he doing here?" I asked and she shrugged.

"Well tell him that I'm busy or asleep or something!"

"Seriously Bri? Just talk to him." She rolls her eyes and closed my door behind her as she leaves.

Is Blake mentally ill or just allergic to rejection? This is getting out of hand. I closed my laptop and gathered my books. I got up and put everything away. There was a knock on my door again and i huffed.

"Callie I'm going to bed so if you..." I turned around and said but immediately stopped in my tracks.

"Go ahead. Don't let me stop you." He said while taking a seat on the foot of my bed.

"What are you doing here?" Taking in his appearance. Blake was wearing a tight black v neck shirt with gray sweatpants and black and gray Jordan's.

"I want to hear that little speech of yours in person."he says slowly getting up walking toward me. I looked up at him and back up until my back was against the wall. Great.

"You can't be here right now. How did you even know where I lived? I don't know what you're trying to prove but this isn't professional! You know what?"

"What!" He barks into my face with both hands against the wall on either side of my head trapping me. "All you've done was talk and deny me when I rather hear you scream my name." He finished inching closer to my face. I was literally at a loss for words now.

"I-I have a boyfriend!" I finally said and a grin slowly rises to his face.

"Bullshit!" He calls my bluff and parts my legs with his knee I'm one quick motion.

"I'm serious! What we did was a mistake so please leave me alone." I tell him looking away from his face.
He drops his hands and without another word he exits my room. As I still stand in the spot that he left me I heard my front door slam.
