Chapter Seven

Chapter Seven:

The next morning I wake up feeling so content with what had happened last night. I never would have thought I would end up with the one person that I love so dearly. Even though I may have a few cuts and bruises from that fight with Nick, I feel pretty good. I look down to see Harry still in my arms. He looks like an angel when he sleeps. I look at my phone and notice that someone is calling me. My phone is on silent so I can't hear it ringing but I can see who's calling me. It's Liam. I must answer it.

"Hello?" I say into my phone.

"Hey, it's Liam. How are you, mate?" Liam says back to me.

"I'm doing well, what about you?" I reply.

"I'm great. So I was wondering if you all wanted to go out for lunch after our recording session today. You up for that?" Liam asks.

"Sure, sounds like fun. Where should we go?" I ask.

"Well, Niall is begging to go to Nando's. I asked him earlier and that's what he suggested," Liam says with a laugh.

"I'm fine with Nando's," I laugh.

"Alright, we'll go to Nando's. Niall will be happy with that for sure," Liam laughs.

"Of course," I laugh back.

"Well, I'll see you later at the studio. Bye Louis," Liam says.

"See ya," I say then I hang up. I set my phone back down on my nightstand. Harry starts slowly opening his eyes.

"Good morning," Harry says in a groggily tone.

"Good morning, beautiful," I say to him as I push back some of his curls so I can see his face properly. I bend my head down a little to give him a little kiss. I've never felt so comfortable with someone in my life.

"After we do a bit of recording today, we're going out with the rest of the boys for lunch at Nando's. Are you okay with that?" I ask Harry who's still rubbing his eyes trying to wake himself up.

"That's fine. I'm guessing Niall suggested it. My throat hurts a little but and I don't know if I'm up for singing today, though," he says lazily.

"You're mouth is probably dry. Let's go downstairs and get you some water," I say and get up from my bed. I put on a t-shirt and walk downstairs. I pour Harry a glass of water and set it on the table for him when he comes down. Harry finally comes downstairs.

"What's for breakfast?" he asks.

"Mmm, cereal. Unless there's something you can make? I can't cook to save my life," I say. We both laugh. Harry looks in my cupboards and cabinets for something to make.

"I'm not real hungry. Let's just do cereal for today," Harry suggests.

"Alright," I pull out a box of Cheerios, two bowls, and two spoons.

"Spoons. Good thing Liam isn't having breakfast with us. He would freak out," Harry jokes.

"Good one," I chuckle. I pour us both some cereal and pour milk into each of them.

"Here you go," I hand Harry his cereal and he starts eating. I sit down and start eating mine.

"Thanks again for, well, rescuing me last night," Harry says in between bites.

"You're welcome. I care about you and I don't want to see you get hurt," I sincerely say to Harry. He does that smirk that I always love seeing.

We arrive at the recording studio together. We decide to hold hands when we get inside. We want to just come out to the guys this way instead. We enter the room where Liam, Niall, and Zayn are waiting for us. Once we walk in, their faces immediately look shocked and surprised.

"What's going on?" Zayn asks.

"What the hell?" Niall says aloud. Liam stays silent. Harry and I look at each other for a second before he decides to speak.

"Surprise?" Harry blurts out. The boys are still not saying anything. Harry lets go of my hand to fix his gray beanie.

"Yeah, boys, Harry and I are going out now," I say to them. I look at Harry and he looks at me. The boys are silent for a second and then Niall speaks up.

"I was wondering when you two would get together!" Niall says and throws his hands up.

"Yeah, you two would always look at each other on stage. Whether you noticed it or not, you do it all the time," Liam says matter-of-factly.

"I'm glad you guys are cool with this decision," Harry says.

"Of course. There's nothing wrong with you two being together," Zayn states.

"Yeah, it's kind of cute!" Liam says and squeezes both our cheeks.

"Really Liam?" I say with a laugh. We both rub our cheeks so the soreness goes away. We all laugh and then start to get to work on this second album.

We arrive at Nando's and I'm definitely hungry right now. We take our seat at a large table and order some drinks.

"Calystah and Perrie should be here pretty soon," Liam says to us all.

"The girls are coming? Cool," I say. We talk about some songs we might want to cover on our upcoming tour. Just as we started mentioning that we want to cover a Beatles song and an Avenged Sevenfold song, the girls walk in and take their seats.

"Hey babe," Perrie says to Zayn and gives him a kiss.

"Hey," Liam says to Calystah and gives her a kiss. They're actually really cute together. I do admit that they are adorable. They order their drinks and we all look at our menus. Of course, Niall orders the most food.

"So, explain how this happened," Liam points back and forth at me and Harry hinting at us holding hands.

"Do you want me to tell the story? Or do you want to?" I ask Harry.

"No, you tell it," Harry says cheekily. I take a sip of my drink and I start telling the story.

"I was getting ready for bed and then I get a call from Harry. It was late so I was surprised he was calling me. I answered it and he sounded really scared and wanted me to pick him up at some bus stop here in London. When I got over there, I quickly got him in my car but then Nick was there watching us. Harry told me what happened before Nick showed up by us. Nick tried to rape Harry and Harry got away as quick as he could. I quickly got Harry into the car and Nick decided to get smart with me. He pushed me up against a wall and started trying to beat me up. Well, I ended the fight with Nick on the floor. Once I got into the car he ran off like scared piece of shit. Then we got home and Harry and I kind of confessed our love to each other," I say to everyone even though I look right at Harry during that last sentence.

"Well, congratulations you two!" Liam excitedly says.

"You two look so cute together!" Perrie squeals a little.

"I agree! I can see this work for sure!" Calystah speaks up. We all laugh and enjoy our food and our time together. We talk about tour we ended two months ago, we talk about the upcoming album, and we talk about all the good times we had. This past year of touring, and now writing and recording music, has been full of different adventures. I can't wait to be a part of this band for a long time. And, Harry, I can't wait to see where our wonderful relationship takes us.
