Why today put of all days, me and Elizabeth just got married about a week or 2 ago and we already have the hunters chasing us and right now it seem that they didn't have a very friendly morning. There were 4 in total each the same color as the new american flag.
The first one was huge, he was black and grey with a big white star on his chest. He had 2 swords on his back and a machine gun in each arm which made him look like a rejected ironman mixed with a ninja. The second one was a bit and was the color red. This one however was a girl, she had a bow and arrow, a samari sword at her side and a silenced pistol in each had so she looked like a recall ninja instead of a hunter. The third one was as big as Jason was was designed in blue and some black. He had a hunting coat on ,even though I was like 89° outside, with a black bears head attached to it. He used an axe that looked like it weighed more then 300 lbs but he held it with no problem and move with surprising speed for a guy like him. He had a hunters knife strapped to his side so he looked more like a hunter then any of them. The last one was decorated in snow white camouflage. He had a sniper on his back and a mini sniper on each arm. His left eye had a red aimer covering it so he could have better and more persised shots. His mouth was covered with a grey bandana and his shines were wrapped up in boxing wraps.
We've been running for 45 minutes already. It was easy for the hunters since they were mostly made of robotic parts and they didn't have a stamina meter anywhere like we humans do. We were closing in on the east river bank which as transformed into a homeless shelter and ocean side view. We ran until we hit a dead end. Elizabeth was at my side, I held her hand as we both drew our weapons at the same time, her with her super that she was gifted with when she was 4 years old. One of the soldiers gave it to her as a gift so she could have a way to defend her self when the camp wasn't there to do so.
The 2 main hunters, red and black, walk up to us with no fear what so ever while the other 2 guarded the sky to make sure no reinforcements were gonna come. I could feel Elizabeth shaking with fear as the hunters aproch closer and closer by the seconds. They were taking there time so I had enough time to plan my attack but before I did that I turned towards Elizabeth and pulled her in and kissed her. I told her "I swear to everything I love and believe in that you're gonna get out of her alive even if that means the last thing I ever do for you ok". She looks down for a couple seconds then looks into my eyes and I see fear and pain in her eyes bit deep down I say a spark of hope and courageous strength. She looks up and me and kisses my check and says to me "alright human torch, remember that we still need the rest of the world to save so until then I'll fight by your side every step of the way".
As she turns towards the 2 hunters which now stopped only 2 yards away from us and shouted "hey mates! If you don't want any trouble then leave now and no body dies but if no then we'll to settle this like the oden people did, we fight till there's not one enemy left! You bloody bastards want a war then lets start NOW!" And in least then 30 seconds all hell broke loose.
