The walk home

It's a Tuesday afternoon on a chilled day in fall, leaves on the ground, the slight crunch under your feet as you tread the well worn dirt path from your home to school.

Man, what a boring day  Y/N thinks to themselves.

Everything is always the same, same sidewalk, same buildings, same people, the clouds even look the same

This is how your walk home usually goes, it's a copy and paste, Monday through Friday. Same walk to school, same walk home. Once in a great while you might get to see a cat chase a mouse, or a dog barking up a tree as a squirrel is franticly harvesting nuts for the winter. But still the scenery seems to blur together as the months pass and seasons change.

I've walked this path for years, nothing changes. That old stump is still there from when we played Kings and Croonies. That old building that burnt down last summer. Just one day I'd like to see something, someone, new.

You begin your mindless saunter towards your house, everything is the same as yesterday, and the same that it'll be tomorrow. Though you have a weird feeling in your gut, not the normal sick stomach, or, over hungry stomach growl. It feels as though it's lost it's sense of direction. As though it didn't know whether or not it's left facing or upside down. You brush it off as you continue your brainless march towards 23 Markswell Street.

Man, I hope mom is cooking some roast duck tonight, my stomach is starting to eat itself

That's when it happened. That's when you saw it, saw him. You thought he was just a character from the videos, but he is there, in  a dark and outcaste alleyway you saw, Technoblade. In complete shock and desire for something new, you run up to this tall ominous figure.

"Wow! I absolutely love your cosplay, it looks so real. How did you make the mask? Is that a real sword? Have you died before? Where's dre- " Y/N Rambled

"HEH! Jeez kid, would you just shut up. I put my orphan making days behind me, don't make me start again. Now buzz off, I gotta get back before I de-spawn." Replied Technoblade.

Filled with utmost curiosity Y/N continue their onslaught of questions.

"As if you actually killed children's parents, your funny. I love your commitment to the act, but you can't de-spawn on earth, you know."

Had having enough of your questions Technoblade slunk farther into the alleyway murmuring to himself.

"I gotta get back before the war, I need to make the portal, I need to find my way home."

During his mindless muttering he thoughtless pulled out what appeared to be an eye. It shined a deep emerald green, and though it was obviously not humane. You felt an odd connection to it.

What the hell is that? It's so small, so mesmerizing, so entrancing. What is this floating eye? Wait....FLOATING!!?? HOW THE HELL IS IT FLOATING?! He, he was serous about being real.

Y/N looks up from their trance of inconceivable thoughts to find a velvet purple wall.

"No way, is this the portal that Technoblade was talking about? Did he go through it, where is he?" Y/N thinks aloud.

Then from behind you Technoblade's rough voice pierced your thoughts.

"Yes, that would be the portal, and because you have seen too much, you get to join me."

Without a second to negotiate you feel a large boot on your back as you are kicked through the portal.

Five minutes later

What the hell, where am I

"WHAT THE FUCKKKK! WHO ARE YOU!?" Shouted a voice most recognizable.

You look up and sure enough, there stands Tommyinnit with more by his side.
