7:08 AM, the clock read. Tanjiro was behind the counter, a to-go cup of the Rose n Dandelion tea, along with a little paper bag with a biscuit, it had a drizzle of honey and a slab of butter between the dough. Tanjiro couldn't help but be excited that the Raven boy would be coming back, even just once. Raven boy, that was the name Tanjiro gave him since his mohawk was the color of a raven, a thousand nights even. He couldn't help but find him cute, it seems that he tries to act all tough and scary, but then Tanjiro could tell from his scent, he was delighted that day, oh so very delighted.

At around 7:14, Genya had walked in and awkwardly shuffled to the counter, looking down to the ground. Tanjiro leaned against the counter and smiled, seeing the other.

"Hi, nice seeing you again, what is the name under your order?" Tanjiro said, trying to get the other's name out of him. Genya grumbled and kept his head lowered, Tanjiro persisted for the name under the order, despite there being no other orders, he just wanted his name.

"Genya..Shinazugawa." Genya muttered as he looked in Tanjiro's direction, but he couldn't bring himself to look into those dark, but bright shimmering eyes. The eyes that could be the sun itself, from shining so bright. Tanjiro smiled, happy to finally get his name. The pretty boy's name.

"Alright, I got your order already for you, biscuit's piping hot so be careful!" Tanjiro exclaimed as he handed Genya the bag and cup. The raven looked up, still a red mess and gave him $25.

     "Ah, but the two are only $10.41, this-"

     "Just shut up and take it," Genya yapped as he leaned against the counter and ate his biscuit.

     "Don't you wanna eat that at school?" Tanjiro quizzed.

     "Nah, no one's usually there," Genya answered as he sipped the tea, the warmth and sweetness making him smile quite widely, thank god his back was turned.

"Sooo you're implying that you're lonely?"

"No, I have friends, but they show up in the middle of school," Genya bit into the pastry again, this time tasting a bit of..strawberry jelly? He opened the biscuit and looked inside. Strawberry jelly was on one side while the other side was just buttered. He smiled a bit, 'How'd he know I love strawberry jelly?' He finished off the pastry, slowly coming back to the conversation.

"Waitttt are you friends with those punks? Don't they always skip class and get into fights?" Tanjiro said, almost worried. Genya turned to Tanjiro and sighed.

      "Tanjiro, or whatever your name is, you know what school I go to, and you probably go there too,  it's nothing to worry your prett-" he cleared his throat before he finished. "It's nothing to worry your little red head over."

     Tanjiro sighed, sipping his coffee. He promised his mom he wouldn't get tangled with those kids but here he was.

     "I get that it's probably not your thing, so if I ever come up to you or vice versa with a black eye don't mind it. Now, get your shit together, we gotta go to school," Genya finished as he grabbed his shit and grabbed Tanjiro by his shirt, yanking him over the counter, only to realize he was still in his pajamas. Raccoon pajamas to be exact.

     "...first, go upstairs and get dressed."
