The Perfect Babysitter (Cole Sprouse)

Chapter 4

VANESSA'S POV

School ended. Finally!! This day took foreverrr. I saw my friends coming out of their classes and walked towards them.

-"Hey girls, you wanna go to Pop's? I asked. I'm starving, the food here is disgusting" 

They both said yes and we started to walk to Janney's car. We got in, she started the car and we headed to Pop's.

We finally got there and ordered our food. After ordering my friends stared at me for a while.

_"What? Do I have something on my face??" I said touching my face and starting to look in my bag for a mirror.

-"Are you going to tell us what happened or not?" asked Melany

-"What are you talking about?" I said confused.

 I completely forgot about my babysitter.

-"Oh don't play dumb Nessa. In the morning you said you had to tell us something but then the stupid bell rang and we had to go to class." said Janney.

-"Oooh rightt. Im sorry I totally forgot about it" I said laughing.

-"So? Are you going to tell us??" Janney asked.

-"Yes....So what I was going to tell you is.... Omg this is so embarrassing, please don't laugh at me." I said

-"Noo of course we wont laugh at you. Why would we?" asked Melany.

-"Its because my parents are going out of town. For 4 whole months." 

-"And why is it embarrassing?" they asked

-"They got me a babysitter" I said while covering my face.

-"Are you crazy?! Why are you embarrassed? You're going to be alone with a guy at your house for 4 months! Janney told me.

-"Yeah but he must be one of those nerds who just want to play chess to have "fun" and pass time." I said.

-"She has a point" said Melany pointing at me being on my side.

They brought us our food and we started eating. We were talking about this whole babysitter thing. I told them that he went to my house today to get to know it.  They then told me to not worry about having to spend too much time with my babysitter because they will try to make plans to go out. That was a brilliant idea, I have the best of the best friends.

We finished eating after a while passed and we paid for our food. Janney and Melany took me back to my house and told me we'll see each other on Monday since tomorrow there is no school. I said bye to both of them and went into my house.

-"Hey, I'm home" I told my mom, she was in the kitchen.

-"Hey mija, did you eat already? I can make you something if you want" she said

-"No mom, gracias. I just ate at Pop's with Janney and Melany" I said while going upstairs.

I went into my room and started on my science homework. I hate science, I don't understand a thing. 

After a few hours my parents called me to go eat dinner. I went down and sat at the table.

-"So how did it go with the babysitter?" I asked

-"Good mija, he looks like a a nice and responsible guy who knows what he's doing." said mom.

-"Nice"

-"After that we didn't say anything else. I finished my food and went up to my room to watch some movies. I do not remember falling asleep but I did while watching the movie.
