Arabella's P.O.V
Today, me and my best friend, Phoenix are moving to Los Angeles. We are so excited! "Are you ready for this?", I asked. "Totally, lets do this." Phoenix said. And with that, we left to the airport.
*at the airport
Me and Phoenix were crying as we were talking to our families and saying goodbye. "Goodbye Mom, I'm going to miss you so much. Goodbye Dad, you always knew what to say to cheer me up. Goodbye baby bro, I thought you were a little bit cooler than sis. Goodbye sis, you were cool to be around and helped me with drama and I appreciate that." I then, waited for Phoenix to finish talking to her family.
Phoenix's P.O.V
I went to go talk and say goodbye to my family. "Goodbye Romero, you always helped me out with the boy drama and I thank you. Goodbye Mom, you knew what to say on those days when, I felt down under. Goodbye Dad, you're the best Dad a girl could ask for." When I was finished, I met up with Arabella just as the desk attendant was calling for our flight to board.
*In the plane Phoenix's P.O.V
Everything was such a blur. All I remember is saying goodbye to my family. But anyway, we are currently on the plane and I decided to listen to some music then, fell into a deep sleep.
Arabella's P.O.V
I was awoken by one of the flight attendants saying that the plane was about to land. I could tell that she woke up Phoenix too because she was stretching and yawning. The pilot said that we needed to fasten our seatbelts because we were landing. Me and Phoenix looked at each other and high-fived. We both said at the same time, "New city, new beginnings."
*In the LA airport
Me and Phoenix got off of the plane and got our luggage. We went to my rental car and drove to our new house.
*At the new house... Phoenix's P.O.V
"This new house is amazing Arabella!" I said. "I know right I love that everything is white. It just sets a homey, nice, and friendly mood don't you think?", she said. "Totally now let's unpack so we can introduce ourselves to our neighbors and get changed.", I said. "Okay, see you later.", she said and went to her new room.
Two hours later... Arabella's POV
We both came downstairs at the same time. I was wearing a varsity jacket with NY on it because I was on the basketball team. And some dark washed ripped skinny jeans with lace pattern tights underneath. And Jordan Flights. Phoenix was wearing a red and white stripped shirt with a bow on it. A necklace with the word love written on it. Slightly ripped blue skinny jeans. And silver flats with a bow on the top of each. "Are you ready to meet our neighbors?", she asked me. "Wait not yet." I said as I grabbed the white with black wheeled Pennyboard named Ghost I got from the boardwalk in Atlantic City. "Now I'm ready. Lets go!" She walked while I was pennyboarding.
Phoenix's POV
"Hi my name is Phoenix and this is my friend, Arabella and we just moved in next door and we are going around introducing ourselves." I said. "Why hello my name is Andrew Lowe and I am your neighbor." Our neighbor Andrew said. "I've seen your YouTube videos before!! You act just like me!! Do you think we could hang out at like three today?", Arabella asked. "Sure, that sounds cool. Do you mind if I my roommate hangs out with us as well?", Andrew asked. "We don't mind at all.", I said. "Cool. So three in the afternoon. See you in two hours." He said. "Later Andrew.", me and Arabella said at the same time.
*At the Starbucks in the mall... Arabella's POV
I decided to stop at Starbucks before we have to go meet Andrew and his roommate. Phoenix doesn't like Starbucks so, she goes to Coffee Commissary instead. "Hi. I would like a Tall Caramel Macchiato Freshly Steamed Milk with Vanilla Syrup and Espresso, topped with Caramel Sauce please.", I said to the Barista. "Sure that will be $3.75 please.", she said and I gave her the money. I got my macchiato when she called my name and while walking out to get Phoenix, I bumped into a really strong guy . "I am so sorry.", I said to the guy and wiped some of the drink off of him and me. "It's okay stuff like this happens sometimes. I'm Kian by the way.", the guy said. "Sup, Kian I am Arabella.", I said and looked into his eyes. He was looking at me weirdly. When I hung out with the guys on the basketball team back in New York and I could always tell something was up when they looked at girl weirdly. It's a talent but that's something that I picked up from hanging out with guys. He was cute though.
Kian's POV
Wow. This girl was beautiful. I think she is a tomboy because of her outfit and the way she talked. I also knew that she knew I was staring at her because she was waving her hand in my face. "Hello, dude snap out of your trance. Earth to Kian.", she said. "Sorry. So do you wanna hang out tomorrow? At like Noon?", I asked. "Sure dude that sounds cool.", she said. We then exchanged numbers and went our separate ways.
