Omi POV
Sitting at the table everyone giggled and sung Christmas songs waiting for food to be served but one guest was missing
"Aish it's so cold out there" with a shiver the last guest rushed in her red trench coat barely holding the heat against her body
All the talking at the table paused as Yoonnie stood up trying to get a good view from the table
"Eomma?" "Yoonnie's home?"Gasping the two rush to each other "aww my cupcake" pulling back Huwan lays her hand on Yoonnie smooth face "eomma" smiling big Yoonnie pulls his mother into a hug
"Where's aunt-" with a wave of her hand and a sigh Yoonnie watches his mother step back and fold her arms
"child she said she's not coming because her husband wants to stay home, that bastard needs to get off his ass" shaking her head she looks at the table squinting at her father
"And is this the famous Kim Byung-Chul" rounding the table Huwan gasps when he gets up "handsome and tall" getting a nod she smiles and pulls him into a hug
"Good evening Mrs. bin" Laughing Huwan points at Byung-chum then looks at Yoonnie "did you hear that I'm Mrs. bin now" giggling Huwan pats Byung-chill shoulder
"Oh baby call me Eomma" nodding Byung-Chul bows and sits in his seat nervously "and how's my favorite grandchildren, mhm" pinching their cheeks Huwan places kisses on their cheeks
"Grandma-nim we're your only grandchildren" whining Jimin sighs and facepalms "oh right" shrugging Huwan heads towards the kitchen with Yoonnie right on her tail leaving the family to talk amongst themselves
"Bin Woo-Sang, why is my child sitting out there with that good for nothing shit head" startled Woo-sang drops the spatula on the kitchen floor
"Uhhhh......" looking around woo-sang locks eyes with Yoonnie who was trying to hold his laughter in "...that's his....grandfather?....." speaking the statement like a question woo-sang widen his eyes when he sees a smile on his wife's face
"Oh silly me I must have forgotten the fact that they tried to kill MY CHILD" at this point you could see the smoke coming out her ears as she walks towards Woo-Sang
"Eomma I'm okay" smiling softly at his mom Yoonnie watches as his mom picks up the spatula off the floor "you sure?" Getting a nod Huwan sighs and smiles "I'm glad at least somebody can get over it"
"But you..." turning around Huwan makes her way towards Woo-Sang "you inconsiderate- don't run away" chasing each around the kitchen Yoonnie Giggles making his way into the dining room
"Yeah but how could you literally agree to do a suicidal mission not knowing when you would be back" shaking her head Ya bounces her leg making Minnie go to sleep "I have to do what I got to do to get back home regardless" shrugging his shoulders Byung-Chul makes eye contact with Yoonnie
pulling out his chair Yoonnie sits down next to Byung-Chul listening to the small talk at the table
this was a moment that he would remember

"let's eat" with dinner placed on the table happy smiles and hungry hands went around it was a peaceful evening
"Please wipe my grandchild's face I only got three let's not make them grow up dirty" giggling at Huwan everybody paused when Yoonnie stands up "about that eomma.....I have something to announce" smiling at everyone Yoonnie grabs Byung-Chul hand as he stands up
"We have something to announce" unzipping Yoonnie jacket Byung-Chul places it on his chair hearing gasps around the table "I'm pregnant" smiling Yoonnie placed his left hand on his stomach his right hand gripping Byung-Chul's scared of the family reaction
"what?" sounding unbelievable Hyun-min stares at Yoonnie and Byung-Chul "oh my god I'm so happy" squealing Huwan and Ya hold hands and jump excitedly in their seats "that's great I'm glad your happy" Woo-sang spoke nodding at the two "wow this is surprising, I didn't think anyone would like Byung-Chul" laughing Hyung stops when Ya makes eye contact "sorry"
suddenly Hyun-min stands up out of her seat with tears in her eyes "well i'm glad your happy" everyone's smile dropped as Hyun-min stares at Yoonnie "sugarplum-" "Don't Call Me That" shrugging off Ya's hand Hyun-min shakes her head then turns to walk away "Hyun-min come back to this table now" pushing her mother handoff Hyun-min runs upstairs
"Lee Hyung-min, you better get ha before I do" getting up Hyung-min dismisses himself from the table awkwardly sitting at the dining room table everybody spare glances at Yoonnie "Byung-Chul I think I'm going to be sick" getting up Byung-Chul rushed Yoonnie to the spare guest room that Ya staying in
Yoonnie POV
"ugh" standing up from the toilet I lean on Byung-Chul for support "are you okay?" with a nod i rinse my mouth out and head upstairs, "I think I'm going to lay down for a bit" making my way upstairs Byung-Chul behind I open my room door and hear Byung-Chul lock it behind him
"come here" turning around I rush into Byung-Chul arms the tears finally making their way down my face "let's get you to sleep it's been a long day" with his gentle voice in my ear he takes my clothes off and lays us down under the big fluffy black cover we brought with us
"what if she hates me?" pulling away from the hug I look into Byung-Chul eyes "she could never hate you, baby, let's go to sleep and talk to her in the morning" with Hyun-min harsh words on my mind I sigh slowly fall asleep
