Madness combat: Baby Sheriff

Past 1:suddenly.....

"Okay...."

A young man with light brown hair in a cowboy suit stretched lazily after finishing all the paperwork. He was the only sheriff in this Nevada. Although he didn't know why he was here, he was already here... He was now working as a leader in the MERC organization. After some time, he did not rest much. and rarely eat anything...

"A little rest would be nice..." The sheriff got up from the office exhausted. walk down the aisle. until he reached his bedroom. It might not be as comfortable, but it's better than nothing. He lay down on the bed and closed his eyes....hoping that nothing could interrupt this peace.

The alarm sounded. All the staff is in chaos as an intruder enters. Two MERC snipers have come looking for the sheriff....but they can't seem to find anyone. until they saw that the blanket on the bed was moving, they pulled the blanket off and found

A four-year-old, light brown-haired boy was sleeping in a sheriff's dress and his bigger hat.

"It's probably not what I thought, right...?"

"No, it might be a lost child somewhere that guy picked up... maybe"

As the two of them were arguing, the little boy slowly woke up.

"Hmm... Hmm..?"

They hurriedly turned to the boy... he had no choice.

"Ah, what's up, kid? What's your name?"

 The little boy tilted his head in suspicion.

"I think...we take this kid and let the nexus prove it?"

"....No, there's no one in our factory that can help?"

In the end, they adopted this child...temporarily.
