Scarlett was an experiment by god. Before he even made the heavens and the earth he made her. He left her halfway complete but then leaves her. The Devil finds her and finishes the creation. God leaves her to train herself with her powers but bans her out of heaven because she accedently shoots an angel with her powers. With no where else to go she runs to the earth to create their nightmares.
