billie's pov

I woke up, and I was in bed alone, I sat up and grabbed my phone off the small night stand that was next to sage's bed, I saw i had a message from sage.

down stairs
when u wake up,
we need to talk

I walked down stairs and saw sage sitting at the island, on her phone, I walked to the fridge and grabbed a water then sat infront of her.

she looked up at me and gave me a sort of surprised look, "good morning baby," she leaned closer towards me and kissed me on the cheek.

"I got ur text saying we need to go talk so what do we need to talk about," i nervously swallowed, why am i so nervous, it can't be that bad, can it?

"oh yeah, well I know you don't like me going out a lot but my friends texted me asking if I wanted to go to some party with them," she sounded nervous and sort of scared to ask, "where is the party," I opened my water and took a sip while raising my eyebrow, "a few blocks away," she responded with the same tone she had when she asked to go to the party, scared, nervous, as she avoided eye contact "yeah we can go,"

"they um.. they actually asked if i wouldn't bring you," she tumbled over her words, "oh well then ur not going," I rolled my eyes and took another sip of my water, "but bi-," before she could finish her sentence i cut her off with my words, "you're not going without me, I don't give two fucks about what your friends say, so if you're not gonna let me go with you, you're not going, end of discussion,"

I said with a 'you know this' tone, "Billie, please, just this one time," she begged "until you let me go with you, no," I said now starting to get annoyed.

"when are you gonna stop being so over protective over me billie, really, im tired of not being able to shit just bc you don't want to and im tired of being told what I can and can't do!" she yelled and stormed out of the kitchen to her room.

I followed her to her room and stood at the door frame as i watched her get in her bed, "okay, first off, im over protective because I don't want anything happening to you, second off, you can do what you want but you don't because you think i'm that controlling!" I stood at the door frame and yelled.

"billie, do you even hear yourself, you literally just told me i couldn't go to a party because my friends because they don't want me to bring you, its not because I think ur controlling, its just.. if I do something that you said I couldn't do or you didn't want to do, god only knows what you'll do to me," she yelled back defensively, "what is that supposed to mean," I asked with a small frown and furrowed my eyebrows together, "nothing," she tuned the opposite way, ignoring my question.

sage's pov

i felt the bed dip as billie laid next me and wrapped her arms around me, "i'm sorry baby, i just wanna keep you to myself and keep you safe," she told me, "i know," i turned towards her and hugged her.

i lifted my head up and kissed along her jaw line, she snaked her hand around the back of my neck and pulled me into a kiss which became heated quickly.

she pushed her knee against my center, causing me to moan into to kiss, "you like that baby?" billie asked, i let out a little 'mhm' in response and continued to kiss her.

i hear my phone ding to i pulled away slowly and turn and grab it, it's a message from cora(my bsf)

"who was that?" i hear from billie as i set my phone back down, "just cora," i told her honestly, she shook her head in response and gently grabbed my face and pulled me back into a kiss.

she brought her hand down to my neck and dragged it down to my stomach and kept it there as we continued to kiss, i please my hand gently on her face, wrapping my fingers behind her ears and rubbed my thumb against her cheeks, causing her to smirk into the kiss, she moved her hands to my arm and pulled my hands from her face, holding my hands.

she pulled away from the kiss and was panting as if she just ran 3 miles (which i know isn't much but for running, damn)

"god i love you sage." she told me in a breathy voice then let out a big sigh after, "i love you too," i told her as my breathing was calming down.

i placed one more light kiss on her lips, "do you wanna watch something?" i asked, she shook her head yes so i grabbed my laptop and gave it too her to put something on.

me and billie cuddled tightly until we were both asleep in one another's arms.

a/n: i love this chapter bro, it may have took me a few days to write but i love it, the only reason it took that long to write is because no ideas were coming to mind.
