Chapter 49 : Rage of the Phoenix

THE NEXT DAY

Chanyeol enter the building with a dark expression on his face and a furrow brows. No one dares to speak to greet him when they pass by him. They just bow their heads as a sign of greetings and respect for him. The staff know that facial expression that their boss has on his face right now, it only says "IF YOU LOVE YOUR JOB, DON'T COME IN MY WAY TO RUIN MY DAY!" He enter his designated elevator  and press the top floor leading to his office. The temporary secretary that Sehun lent him stand up and now at him but he didn't pay attention to her. He went straight to his office and slam the door of his office. He sat on his chair and out his briefcase on his table.

It's been a week since his beloved Donna and little angels left him and there's still no update about there whereabouts. He has his men search all over Seoul and even outside Seoul to find them and still no luck in finding them and there's still no information about that guy that they saw on the CCTV at the airport with him. He know that the stranger is not someone his Donna knew based on the expression he has on the video when they're talking and they can barely see and recognized his face.
The door to his office suddenly opens, Sehun and Lay enter his office.

"Good Morning Chanyeol." Lay greet his friend with a smile despite his gloomy expression.

"Good Morning, hyung! Why such a dark face so early in the morning?" Sehun ask his hyung with his famous resting bitch face expression.

"Good Morning to you too. I hope that you two have a good news since you decided to visit me." Chanyeol says with his dark expression and deep voice.

" Well, I got some news for you, the Board of Directors and the Investors who talked with Im Jinah or Nana behind our backs are now out of the company and might declare their bankruptcy before this day end since their business partners withdraw supports and investment in them. The IMS have already declare bankruptcy earlier this morning since the loans they apply on the banks are denied and no one wanted to lend them money and their properties are being taken by the banks since they used it as a collateral for their previous loans to keep the company on operations before bankruptcy. Mabel Yuan, and his family are banned for entering and doing business here in Korea and even in China. No one wanted to work with them as well and investors are withdrawing up their investments. The KWON on the other hand,  is the only problem since they have connection in other Mafia group, but I'm working on the information which Mafia group supports them. " Lays says as he update Chanyeol.

"Our men are still looking for Baekhyun and my nephews. They're searching each and every airport, bus stations, and ports. I even send men all over Seoul, provinces, and even on Jeju Island to look for them. Kai and Chen hyung are working on the information about that guy on the airport. If he's working for other Mafia group or who he really is. Kris hyung are tracing all the calls and messages that Baekhyun has that day. We might find something in there. We also have someone at the hospital waiting for him to show up on my nephews weekly doctor appointment." Sehun says.

"Lay hyung, I wanted you to find out if who are those people that are supporting the KWON and make sure that they'll suffer the consequences of their actions. And buy the factories that the IMS has and keep it's current employees, however I wanted them to pledge their loyalty to us. We don't want another snake and mole within our company and I don't want another Im Yoona buried six feet under. And Make sure that the Ims and Yuan cannot contact the Kwon to ask for their help. Ask Kris hyung to banned their communication be it via mobile device or by the internet both here in Korea and in China. Tell Kai and Chen to dig deeper to know who that guy is.  Sehun, I want you to tell the men to continue on searching and update us even the tiniest details that they found out. Cancel all my meetings with the investors abroad or if they are fine with meeting me up virtually that's fine and make arrangements. Make sure that everyone who try to betray us and mess with us will face my rage and show them no mercy. And do keep me posted if you both have any updates. " Chanyeol says.
