“What’s going on in that minute brain of yours Ah-rim?” Taehyung folds his arms against his chest. He was passing by when he saw Ah-rim smiling crookedly, staring at you sitting in the garden.

“Something that doesn’t involve you. I’m a dignified Princess and demand you to address me as a Princess.”

Taehyung’s lips twisted in a mocking grin. “Are you serious? You're commanding me standing in my own Kingdom? I’m Jimin’s best friend, want me to complain about you sneaking up on his Queen and then brazenly showing me as a low being when all I was doing is protecting his Queen?”

Her expression was mortified. “He won’t believe you.” Taehyung bit his inner cheek. “Princess, I know a secret that concerns you and which won't be pleasing to Jimin’s ears.” Ah-him fell in a cold sweat.

“Does he know I was the one who tried killing Y/N? How could he?” Her palms had turned sweaty.

“Done dreaming, now go away from here. Don’t you know this is a restricted area?” Snapping his fingers in front of her face he crooked his brows. “Then why are you standing here?” She retorts adamantly. Determined to not leave the place.

“I am Jimin’s best friend, and a proud citizen of this Kingdom.” Taehyung stressed on the words ‘best friend’ and ‘Kingdom’ shutting down her further retortments. “The exit is that way.” He swayed his hands in the air. Pointing to the exit of the palace.

Ah-rim opened her mouth to speak something but kept quiet, leaving the place silently. “Aish, Jimin’s wife is such a wanted woman. No doubt, he’s always around her. And doesn’t show much interest in royalty affairs as he did once. If I had such a wife I’d act the same.”

Taehyung looked at you sitting alone. “What will you do the same?” Jimin stood behind him. He jumped up, placing a hand above his heart. “Do you love someone?” Taehyung shook his head. “Then why are you talking about your wife?” He chuckled sheepishly.

“I was saying you are an amazing husband to your wife Jimin.” He rephrased his previously said words. Not wanting Jimin to glare at him and start a verbal fight on how his Mi Amor is only his. “Thank you.” Scratching his nape he thanks him.

“Jimin” hearing you call him out, Jimin turns around. “I’m coming.” He yelled back. “Would you like to join us in making flower crowns?” He asked his best friend. “No thanks I shall pass, I have a painting to complete.”

He didn't want to be a third wheel between the couple. “Jimin, it’s been a long time since you’ve visited my art classes. Why don’t you drop by soon? The last time you had visited you were sad and told I could call you over whenever I’m free. Seeing my schedule, I could teach you this Sunday. What do you think about it?”

Jimin slowly squealed, hugging him. “I’ll meet you soon. Gotta polish my skills once again. Before that I’ll have to appoint someone to foresee my wife’s well being in my absence.” Taehyung mentally face palmed himself.

“It’s just two hours.” He reminds him, though he knew leaving you alone for a second would attract scavengers. Nonetheless, he enjoyed sassing with his friend’s lovesick nature.

“I’ll just ask Jungkook to give her company.” Taehyung nods his head, bading him goodbye. “Such a lovesick King he is.” Laughing he heads back to his legroom.

-A FEW DAYS LATER-

Everything was going fine, well to you and Jimin it was. “King Jimin.” Ah-rim finally caught him alone. “What?” She faked a sad expression. “I know you love your wife, today I am here to reveal disheartening news to you.” Jimin’s attention instantly was with her on your mention.
