Powers:
Accelerate-Allows Y/n to accelerate himself or others up to 20X their maximum running speed.
Slow-slows anyone or anything to a max of -20X their regular speed.
Blink-Allows Y/n to teleport short distances in a blink of an eye, allows Y/n to also climb/run up walls and clamber up hard to traverse terrain.
Decay/Reguvinate- allows Y/n to either heal or damage enemies by accelerating their aging or reversing it, Also works on objects, Omnics and buildings.
Summoning- Through ways even unknown to Y/n he can summon weapons, tech, people and pieces of terrain to him.
