Stop Acting Like Idiots and Date!

Just date already! Chapter 1

It was a few days after Tim and Lucy went on their UC mission, posing as a couple, it was a hard case to tackle for the most part, two idiots who have feelings for each other, but are having a very hard time confessing their true feelings and then they have to kiss on their UC mission is actually very interesting. Everyone's reaction towards their flirty awkwardness at work was very different, they knew that there was something going on with Tim and Lucy beforehand, but after that kiss, everyone has already started betting on their relationship.

10:15pm on a Friday night, it was a stressful day, so they all went to Tim's house to watch a movie, Angela and Wesley paid Tamara and Silas to babysit, baby Jackson. James and Nyla have had successful dates, and Tim and Lucy having their awkward moments nearly kissing and trying to sometimes avoid each other after the kiss.

Everyone sits and watches the movie, Tim and Lucy are sitting next to each other, during the movie, Lucy shifts a little bit, resting her head on Tim's shoulder. Everyone starts to pick up a vibe between the two, leaving Tim and Lucy confused... Of course, they're confused. They pause the movie and are giving each other looks.

"What?" Tim asks.

"Nothing." Angela and Nyla says.

"You guys, we know you, what's going on?" Lucy asks.

"Okay, you guys have gotten a lot closer after that kiss that happened, and then the other time you guys nearly kissed." Angela confesses.

"Yeah, you guys really expect us not to believe something's going on between you two?" Wesley asks.

"Really, Wesley? You agree with them too?" Lucy complains.

"After hanging out with you guys for a bit, and getting to know you guys, I agree with these three." James says.

"Is there something going on between you two?" Angela asks.

"What, no. Not at all." Tim says, "You guys really need to grow up, there's nothing on between us, we only kissed because it was a part of the mission."

"Okay, whatever you guys say." Nyla says unconvincingly.

"You know what, I'm just going to put it out here... We've been betting on your relationship." Angels confesses.

"You guys have been doing what?" Tim asks.

"We've been betting on your relationship, everyone at the station is convinced that you guys are actually dating." Nyla says. "And yes, that also includes sergeant Grey."

"You guys, I'm going to say this, one time only, there's absolutely NOTHING going on between us, okay?" Tim says, putting emphasis on 'nothing'.

"Whatever you say, all I'm going to say is, stop acting like idiots and just date already!" Both Angela and Wesley says.

"Well, we better get going, I miss my son, and I start work tomorrow so, I've got to get up early tomorrow and show him all of my affection before he notices we're both gone, come on Wes." Angela says.

"Yeah, me too, pretty big day tomorrow, but you guys remember on the conversation we just had, and think about everything you guys have done together, you've been acting really different after that kiss now you guys are acting like you're an actual couple." Nyla says. "Come on, James."

"Huh, we have gotten a little closer, haven't we?" Lucy asks.

"Yeah, but I didn't pay much attention to that." Tim confesses. "Maybe we should... No, never mind it was a stupid suggestion."

"What?" Lucy asks confused.

"I was going to say, maybe we should try and give us shot, and see what it's like to date each other." Tim says.
