Sanem was abandoned at an early age when an orphanage took her responsibility but since childhood, she was disciplined and polite, so when Mr Aydin visited there along with his wife they adopted her with much affection. She was just ten years old when destiny brought her on that journey of having a mother and a father on both sides. She was happy in her new family, nonetheless, she was bullied too. Her mates in the school laughed at her for no reason and she thought it was because she had no legitimate source of life. The Aydins put her into counselling and changed the environment around after listening to the expert's advice. The more they laid their efforts in improving her psychological balance the more she became insecure thinking that she was nothing but a burden in their life. Consequently, she decided to pretend that she was getting alright and there was no need to be worried about her anymore. In this way, the Aydins stopped her medication after her deliberate request and returned to Istanbul where she was started to be harassed by those bullies again.
Things were going in this pathetic way all the time until Deniz came into her life to bring a shift. It was not like she fell for him at very first sight but the thing was that she felt secured whenever she was close to him. He had some influence which caused others not to come near to Sanem. He intimidated the girls who felt jealous of his laying extra attention towards our heroine. On the other hand, the boys had never assessed it important to focus on Sanem, so she was never scared of them. In this way, Sanem, who was never been paid any special care by any man cherished the idea of Deniz being her close companion until the day arrived and she was proposed by him. She loved her as a bosom friend, so it made her believe that particular emotion towards any person is enough to say yes to the call of love. But little did she know that passion is equally significant to name a relationship in that way.
Her less witty approach towards understanding such deep coded sentiments of the heart has turned her upside down now when she is flipping over her bed at about one at night. The birthday celebration, she had with her boyfriend and later in the evening with her foster parents went mostly perfect still the imperfections in the case of her own satisfaction is not still negligible. Over and over again she has tried to remove the memory of the washroom but it was as though stubbornly itched in the cells of her brain. Whenever she is trying to close her eyes the flaming glimpse of two familiar semi-nude bodies carries on intruding her consciousness. Resultingly, it leads her to give up trying as she rises from the mattress and walks to the balcony.
"Ouf ya ouf!" She huffs rubbing her aching forehead as she blabbers in her mind, "Why always me? I need to sleep. Why can't that horrible man leave me alone even in my bed?" Then she goes back to her room and pulling open a drawer takes some pills as she says, "I have no choice now. These are the only things that can do me some help in such a time. Papa told me I have to meet someone important tomorrow, so without proper rest, I won't be able to talk. If the interview runs well it would be my first job from which I can acquire a lot of experience to establish my own company. Ya Allah, I need to prove myself to smack those faces who used to laugh at me. Help me, God, and let me forget every digression. I wish success and I can achieve it for sure if you aid me now with a tight sleep." Then swiftly she puts the pills in her mouth and gulps them down by chucking a glass of water before she slips under the blanket and finally closes her lid to dive into an imaginary realm of stars and fountains.

Though Mr Nihat Aydin has a handsome amount of fortune his ethics are quite different from the very start which resulted in him adopting Sanem for gifting her a beautiful life just like he was gifted once. Yes, Mr Nihat was an orphan too when someone took his responsibility and with his efforts and luck, he acquired victory in life. Having been blessed with such a productive sophistication when he married he expressed his desire to Mevkibe, his wife, who encouraged him equally in his ideals. In this way, though both of them had the ability to give birth to their own child, none thought it would be more valuable than providing proper education and lifestyle to someone who really required it.
It is very wonderful to portray how beautifully they brought up our Sanem but it might look quite superficial to describe in the context, so I would directly draw my readers' attention to the most noteworthy points which include-
Sanem, a few weeks back when was asked by her papa what she wanted for her eighteenth birthday, she let them know in a dramatic way that she wished freedom. It seemed ridiculous to everybody except herself. Consequently, their reaction disheartened her which resulted in her mother having a close talk with her daughter. Then Mrs Aydin came to know her daughter's real wish which entailed her dream of becoming an independent woman at a very early age. The elder Aydins, Mr Nihat and Mrs Mevkibe, discussed the issue for a few days then they concluded that there was no evil if their daughter fancied being great and powerful someday. They also agreed that being her legal guardian did not give them any right to clip her wings when they relied on their daughter having the trust in their upbringing. So, after a little more consultation the Aydins made their beloved princess the happiest creature in the world on the very evening of her eighteenth years birthday celebration by letting her know that an opportunity was calling her name.
The final exam at her school was over and every examinee was waiting for the result. While some were planning to get admission to a prestigious university, some were dreaming to do something different. Meanwhile, when Mr Aydin was randomly checking in some youth job portals to gather some ideas about recent days youth performance a website came to his view and immediately he hit the button when he came to know that a company named Mania had just posted an advertisement. When he googled further he observed that the firm wanted a person to have proper knowledge about finance and marketing. As the vacancy was for the post of a secretary cum personal assistant it also required someone with great communication skills. Most importantly they wanted a man who would also have insight into perfume and scent making formulas as they do the business of fragrance. Mania, the Aroma of Desire.
The name itself inspired Mr Nihat a lot as he knew how much his daughter is fascinated by the field of perfume and odour. She had also pursued a vocational course at an early age and she formulated many essences to gift her parents on special occasions. So, after a little more investment of time, Mr Nihat conversed with his wife and later in the evening when their daughter arrived they surprised her with the information. Hearing such splendid news she did not know any bounds of joy and enjoyed the time lavishly with her parents. Later at night, she delivered the message to her boyfriend who was equally joyous in her attainment. Wishing her luck he disconnected the call but just then he remembered he had forgotten to ask her the name of the company. Immediately he called back out of curiosity but she had already switched off her phone.
Poor girl she was!
If only she heard him then, perhaps she could get respite from the giant paws of the monster. But again I must say, what is destined nothing can ignore as, we can see, our dear heroine is destined to meet that familiar face who has enough scared her today that she can not help taking the help of the sleeping pills to have a relaxing night for giving her best in the interview tomorrow.
