Orlando takes a closer look at the gods. Although they know them by name, their physiques are quite different from human representations. The gods of good are about seven and each one has a physical characteristic. He can therefore easily associate them with his friends.
The first one from the right looks like his friend Laban, who controls the snow: The god is entirely white and ice blue, and has a crown of stalagmites.
The second god on the right looks like his friend Furozh: he gives off shiny dust with every move he makes, and has a calm expression on his face.
The next god resembled the prince of angels: He and his friend Aaban shared their large white wings, the only difference being that Aaban could retract them completely behind his back.
The fourth god was recognizable among all: The god of the sea and oceans was held upright by a wave, and a mermaid's tail was visible. His golden trident was encrusted with shells.
The fifth god was divine only in his halo, which made him more than luminous. As the monster princess had pointed out earlier, Gabirel's god is a real firefly.
The sixth and penultimate god is none other than Naag's, and his hair made of snakes can only confirm Orlando's thought.
The last god, in the centre, is Orlando's. His toga is inlaid with gold, and suns are embroidered on it. His skin is golden, and his hair cascades down his back.
Orlando was now watching this Hydra come out of this black hole. Who would have thought that such a pretty girl could create such hideous creatures? His chocolate eyes once again catch the blue ones of the princess. Her eyes are still red from her recent crying, and her moon-pale skin seems to burn in the sun. Rage makes her tremble. He had not drawn his sword. Naag, at his side, had made a cobra appear at his feet, and its forked tongue hissed painfully.
"- My snake doesn't want to fight another reptile..." The young man pouts and Orlando can't help but chuckle.
"- Quiet, son of the Sun!" The goddess of fertility says.
Orlando hears a chuckle from his opponents, as Naag's snake advances towards the princess. She bends down to be at her height, and takes the snake in her arms. Her portal is still open, and the Hydra comes out of it completely.
"- It must be 20 feet tall..." Naag looks fascinated.
The snake rests its head in the palm of the young heir, and Naag feels a chill run through him. She is clearly terrifying. She seems to have the power of persuasion. The hydra seems jealous, as it complains for the second time.
"- Acidalia, send Hysra back to the underworld, you won't need her." A god of black smoke said.
She sighs and then calls the monster back, who after a last caress on the muzzle leaves.
"- You're not going to fight each other in the temple." The halo's god begins, "You will go to an island and face each other in various trials."
Murmurs spread from both sides of the temple.
"- All together?" Gabriel asks.
"- Yes, Prince of Thought, both sides will take the same boat." The god with the halo answers.
The gods of evil acquiesce in the words of their fellow gods. Orlando quickly observes them: The god closest to his own seemed to be connected to the princess and the scythe heir. He had a long black toga and a large black crown, made of bones.
