For some reason when it comes to people touching Harry dosent like it but when it comes to fred, george, ron, Sirius & remus he is perfectly fine with it and actually leans into there touch
Harry: *someone touches him* if you don't take your hands off me in the next 2 seconds you won't have hands
Harry: * when fred, george, ron, Sirius or remus touch/hug him* don't be shy
