A day away from home

I was laying down in pain and agony. My head was thumping so fast I couldn't think. What was going on? As I slowly began to open my eyes I saw that I was in a small room. Cage. I was in a cage like a bird. Something was definitely off.

"Strange isn't it?" A voice said in front of me.

The man was lurking in the shadows. I couldn't recognize his voice if I knew him. He slowly started stepping out. One foot then another.

"Names Felix! Felix the cat." The cat said standing up high and looking like a leader.

"Well hi Felix my name is-"

"I know who you are! Who doesn't." Felix said after cutting me off rudely.

"Listen you must the leader! We can talk about this I'm sure there has to be a reason why you're doing this." I said trying to reason with him.

"Oh there is. Also, I'm not the leader. He has more important matters to do. Something with your friends." Felix said smiling like this is the best thing that has ever happened to him.

I remembered the cat now. He was the one who threw us in here. Wait-............my friends.

"Listen you! Stay away from them! They have done nothing to deserve that!" I yelled so loudly you can hear big echoes in the place we were in.

"What do think we're going to do? Kill them?" Felix said waiting for me to answer.

Of course I knew he, I mean, they were going to kill them and me. I couldn't take it anymore. I had to something. I have fought before but I never done it well. I had to take me chances. I swung my arm at the medal poles that are holding  my cage. I heard a crack and I see Felix's face was in shock. I swung again. Another crack. I kept going.

Soon the bars fell down. One by one.

"Are you crazy! Those bars were meant to not break you must be out of your mind!" Felix said in angers rage.

"Well I guess it wasn't strong enough and your money went down the drain. Now show me we're my friends are!" I yelled loudly.

"No." Felix said.

"Wha-"

Then he took out a yellow bag. He immediately tossed it in the air and I saw it turn into a huge hammer. When I saw huge I mean the wooden hammers used back in the day. How could he do that though? A bag can't just simply turn in something. Then he swung. The huge hammer hit the wall hard that the room started to crumble like a cookie. I ran, fast.

I kept running I didn't know where I was going.

"Oh Mickey! Come on it's just a game of tag!" Felix said.

I tell you that cat is a mad man. Well cat since he's not a person but still! I kept running and running till Felix banged the ground making me fall due to its force.

"You can't go anywhere now Mickey!" He yelled super loudly!

I then saw a secret door next me. Something had to trigger it. I then saw a tile on the floor wasn't like the others. I pressed on it.

The door opened and I quickly ran inside it when it began to close.

"Wait you can't go in th-" I heard Felix saying before it fully closed.

I looked in the middle of the room. Most of it was empty but I saw something glowing. As I walk over I see a paint brush.

I read the words on the case and it said,

"Only one person can wield this brush. For they are the chosen one."

I began to wonder what does that even mean? I also saw that it said if you are trying to steal it and your not chosen, you will face many consequences.

I was curious. I got my hand and reached for the brush. Something I didn't want to do happened.
