"Lock's and barriers"
I had you blindsided,
It was your right,
So you chided.
I Detached myself from you
With no silence
Some might say,
I was a sinner seeking guidance.
You had an inner power
That I tried to over powerIn turn, my blood was intoxicated
Nothing on my mind,
Thoughts all oscillated
I felt like shouting,
My vision slowly cloudingRemember when you called me adorable?
Oh dear, I knew I was terrible. As I ignored my anxiety
Walked on burning coals
Just to fit in your societyThe pain grew,
The hurt intense
I had to leap over your fenceBetween us, there was nothing
Nothing but hate
It was all meant to be,
Written in our fatesThe violence of it, erased my plea
I was dead inside, couldn't you see?But now, you're all black
And im all whiteWith your blues gone,
I'm doing alrightOn my door, there won't be any knocks
I've put up my barriers and all the locks
