"Unfair Demons"

My wounds worsened
Mother's soothing words,
All carefully chosen

Didn't heal but, led all my pain
Right into a dark dome
So dark, all around guarded by wards
Ones that couldn't be broken
And I stood there, all alone

She must have wondered why all she does or says never drags me out of there,
But I didn't have the strength to say, that I'm someone who belongs nowhere

These demons in this dome,
They're unfair
They're so unfair
