CHAPTER 2

We all woke up this morning together so I decided to let the kids miss school so I could take them to the zoo to make up for missing DJ's party. Yeah I do that from time to time because I gotta spend time with my babies when I can.

We seen everything there was to see at the zoo. I kept looking at Nae and she was smiling and happy the entire time. I love making her happy, I love knowing she enjoys when am around.She has been amazing to me. Her patience with a nigga has been exceptional since day one. If it wasnt for that we probaly wouldnt be together. She really be sticking with the kidd.

I plan on taking her on this really nice vacation in the off season. Imma take her by herself for a week, then have ma dukes bring the kids after that. We be needing that one on one time thats how we keep our relationship alive.

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end because I gotta catch a flight in a few hours to Florida, I cnt miss practice . Weekly practices are a must, to stay sharp on my game. Being the top receiver is a hard role to keep up with. No matter how good you are you can get traded or dropped nobody is invincible.

Right now we at Chuckie Cheese eating and playing with these kids after this is straight to the airport.

"Daddy do you have to go"Mir whines

"Dnt you like watching daddy play football"

"Yes"

"How you gone watch me if I dnt go."

"I know, Ill miss you daddy" he responds

"I know son ill miss you too but guess what"

"What"

"In a couple of weeks daddy will be home because we play the Eagles and you get to come to the game and maybe if your good you can come to the locker room. How that sound."

"Good"

I start tickling him and he starts laughing. I stop and hug and kiss him on the cheek and he runs off to finish playing.

"You ok" I turn to Nae and say

"Yeah Im good" she says with this sad look on her face. I pulled her closer to me.

"Ill be home in a couple weeks aight"

She shook her head yes and layed her head on my shoulder. I see its hard for her but this lets me know how much she stills love me.

We drove to the airport to drop off Dae. The kids where asleep all tired out from the zoo. Dae made sure he said goodbye to them all before we got in the car because he already knew they were not gonna be up.

We pulled up and I parked.

"You know I love you right Nae"

"Yes babe"

"I appreciate all you do. Thanks for holding it down at home, I couldnt do everything I do if I didnt have your support. Your stength and patience keeps ya boi going" he said and that made me smiled.

We kissed each other a very passionate kiss and the he kissed me on the forehead and got out.

"Text me as soon as ya feet hit the ground" I said to him

"You know it. Love you gorgeous"

"Love you too.

I always say that to him because Im extremely paranoid. I say that to everyone I love thats flying cause with all these plane crashes you never know. They always text me for real as soon as they feet hit ground they know I dnt play. I will call and harrass them if I feel like its pass the time they shouldve landed.
