"I don't love you anymore" your heart ripped off.
"You're lying" you stammered "If you were telling the truth, you would have looked in my eyes" you made him look at you.
"You want me to say it in your eyes right?" His eyes were red, he wanted to cry but he was controlling. "I. Never. Wanted. To. Come. Back. To. You. " Your eyes welling up in tears and you didn't dare to stop them. "Never in my thoughts" he continued in a mere whisper.
"Don't think that I'll believe you" you wiped your tears before pulling him closer by his collar. "Don't think I'll step back" your bloodshot eyes met with his that displayed the love which was hiding behind this fake hatred. He could never run away from your gaze.
"I waited for you for 3 years. I don't care, if you talk to me or not but this time I won't sit back when you try to leave me again" you left his collar before walking out.
You ran out of the building to the beach; a place where you used to come every day after his disappearance, it was the most peaceful place for you after his arms.
The tears that you were holding dropped off your eyes as soon as the breeze hit you. The words he said were tearing your heart apart but you couldn't believe it at all. You could read his eyes like a book and whatever he said was pure opposite to what his eyes were saying.
You sat on the sand, looking at the ocean waves moving back and forth. You clutched the fabric around your chest as the heaviness increased minute by minute.
The dawn subsided the shining sun as it was around the time of evening. You spent the whole afternoon thinking about him, when your phone vibrated with the notification, showing a call from Jimin, you picked it up and answered.
"Hello" your voice was hoarse because of not speaking for a while that didn't go unnoticed by him.
"Hel- Y/N? Are you okay?" You could see him getting worried.
"Hm.... I'm okay...what happened?" You wiped your eyes sniffing.
"Um.... actually....mom and uncle Lee want to meet us..." his voice was hesitant.
"You already know my answer..." you scoffed.
"Y/N... please..this is the 3rd time they are asking. I already gave all the excuses I could, please..." he tried to convince you. "We'll finish it soon I promise" he waited for your answer.
You hummed not interested at all but still you had to agree. You can't always run away from your family.
You stood up from the ground and took a deep breath before walking into reality.

The harmony played as you were sitting beside Jimin across your father. You had a special bond with your dad but after you moved out, you got distant.
"So...Y/N, how is your work going?" His mom broke the silence.
"Good.." you smiled, cutting off with a short answer. You were really awkward for family get together.
"Hm...so have you thought about it?" She asked, looking at your father.
"Mom..." Jimin tried to stop her.
"She is right Jimin, you both are adults and successful now, you both should get settled now.." your dad said.
This was one of the reasons why you were running away. He knows that you still love Taehyung but still he was pushing you for the wedding. Everytime he asks you to meet him, he indirectly asks you to get married.
"Y/N~ah...we are your parents, we want you to be happy and make a family.." your dad looked at you as you sighed.
"Please....uncle, mom, we're not ready.." Jimin spoke looking at you. "We'll let you know when we want it.."
"I'll go now.." you stood up ignoring your parents and walked out followed by Jimin
"Y/N..." he called you as you stopped.
"I'm sorry, I should have told mom not to mention it" he came in front.
"It's okay..I am used to it." You smiled slightly, looking away.
"But....know that, I'm always here for you, whenever you want.." he caressed your cheek.
"Jimin...stop loving me.." you spoke as a tear dropped down, he wiped it.
"I can never" he shook his head "I know you can't love me but.... please, don't take this right from me to love you. I don't expect anything, just want you to be happy..." he gave a faint smile.
You looked down and hugged him. "Don't feel bad about it, I understand you..." he caressed your hair. You cried letting your tears fall down. His heart cried too but he remained silent patting your back.

Next morning::
You stood in front of the building. Now there is no turning back, you'll have to face him and you have encouraged yourself enough by staying up the whole night.
You cleared your throat, walking towards his cabin as you had to submit a document when you saw a girl back facing you, standing against the wall. She turned around as her face was now visible, you realised she was the girl he was rumoured with. Shin sana....
She was dressed up in grace from tip to toe as her shades were resting in her hair. She was looking somewhere when her eyes fell on you. She raised her eyebrow before walking towards you, making you frown.
"So... you're Lee Y/N?"
