Sidharth and shehnaaz are standing out of the private ward in which doctors have shifted their child.
"Doctor he's the father!" Shehnaaz pointed at sidharth as sidharth looked at her with teary eyes as he mentioned him as a father he always wanted to become a father.
"App please andar aiye appka blood chaheye!" The doctor said him and he was about to run inside to give his blood to his child but stopped in the middle when a nurse came with a baby wrapped in a white cloth his heart stopped the beat looking at the small figure.
"Aapka beta thik hai but we cant assure you about your daughter!" The doctor said and looked at sidharth "you should have taken care of your wife while pregnancy, it was really critical case and you didn't even came here when she was in her labor, but she ran to you even though she was in extreme pain" doctor continued making in drown in the pool of guilt, but with a pang of happiness when he said your wife his heart flattered in happiness.
"I must say that you're lucky to have her but unfortunately she isn't" the doctor went inside making sidharth's heart ripe in pain.
He turn around looked at shehnaaz pale face who's sitting on the bench outside the ward with his son he knelt down in front of her and softly rest his face over her chest and hug both his son and shehnaaz by wrapping his arms around shehnaaz.
Shehnaaz can be angry from him because he didn't worse with her but she cant see the pain in his eyes and his state it clearly shows how much pain he's holding inside his heart.
She connected her forehead over his head , one hand holding her small son and with other hand she caresses his face which is all wet she know it's his tears he's crying silently holding back his pain isn't correct she needs to comfort him.
"Sub thik kardenga tu," he looked up at her face with tears still flowing from his eyes "bharosa hai terepe, hamari beti ko kuch nhi honga, jaa le aa usse!" She said kissing his forehead.
"I love you" he confessed his love before going inside the operating room for giving his blood to his daughter.
