"So, you recently moved in?"

Jangjun nodded hearing Daeyeol's question. Currently Daeyeol, Sungyoon and Jangjun were sitting at cafeteria in a same table.

Sungyoon didn't speak yet. He was eating his lunch lowering his head. Jangjun felt uneasy. He wasn't sure if his presence was bothering Sungyoon or not.

On the other hand, Sungyoon was confused. He couldn't understand how could Jangjun be here.

"Umm Sungyoon at least say something." Daeyeol whispered.

'A simple talk won't hurt, I guess.' Sungyoon sighed.

"Sorry for my behavior, how are you Jangjun and uncle & aunt?"

When Jangjun heard Sungyoon's voice after such a long time, he was overwhelmed. Memories of the happy time he spent with him flooded in his head.

He smiled and replied,"So so.. hbu?"

Sungyoon was worried and happy at the same time to meet Jangjun. He saw a small light of hope to fix their broken relationship.

"Not bad. Uncle and aunt ... are they okay?"

"Yeah .. "

They talked about this and that for the rest of the lunch time. Daeyeol felt relieved to see both of them finally speaking with each other.

Jangjun went back to his classroom. He couldn't concentrate in class. The reason is obvious. Sungyoon.

Jangjun was surprised to know that Sungyoon hadn't changed his number. Jangjun thought many times that he'd message him but he couldn't. Everytime he typed, he wondered 'What if he ignore my message? What if he has forgotten me? What if he has blocked me?' These 'what if' -s are responsible for Jangjun's zero confidence.

Jangjun took a deep breath and messaged Sungyoon,

Thank you for helping me today.
Get home safely.

He locked his phone and looked at the whiteboard. With thousands of thoughts in mind, he decided to focus on professor's lecture.

Sungyoon returned home and straight went to his room. He laid on his bed and opened his diary. His best friend is his diary. He literally wrote every details of his life.

After he finished writing, he opened his phone. He jumped off his bed when he saw Jangjun's message. He stared at the message for a long time to be sure if it was real or not.

'Woah! I never got the courage to message him after what happened that day, but look at him. Hah! I am a certified coward!'

Sungyoon subconsciously smiled. A pain surged through him when he remembered all sweet memories, when he was with Jangjun. He had regretted breaking up with Jangjun a billion time but he didn't have any other choice at that circumstances.

Jahee sensed that something had happened. Sungyoon wasn't paying attention to food at all. He was completely lost in thoughts.

"Sungyoon dear, is something bothering you? Tell me, I may be able to help you."

Sungyoon was startled and came back to reality. He couldn't stop thinking about Jangjun.
