The stars decorated the night beautifully,chuckles and chatter filled the night air as me and my friends sat around the campfire, Hi i'm Jessie Blair, your probably wondering what's going on here well you see me and my friends always have this tradition where we go camping the night before the summer break ended and well here we are. "Jessie-Jessie" Alec chanted snapping me out of my trance,"oh sorry what were you saying Al" i sighed "ugh nothing you just seemed like you were zoned out that's all" "o-ok" i gave him a weak smile. As the night passed by slowly our conversation dies down and the wood that once fueled the fire was burning out "well guys imma hit the tent" Joshua mustered his balance and got off the ground walking off towards his tent,getting up as well I bid everyone goodnight. As i laid there in my tent i couldn't sleep as usual it just felt as if i was missing something or someone no it wasn't the rustling of the tree leaves,the crickets singing their tune or the owl's hooting none of those things affected me,the night was soon becoming dawn as the sun was crawling its way from behind the hills, the continuous sound made me somewhat curious,getting up grabbing my phone i slowly walk towards the noise originated please don't be a bear i pleaded in my mind as i open my eyes to see a human like figure grumbling and crying the figure seemed very similar to Alec's so i gently called his name out of shock he leaps out of his seated position standing up trying to whipe his face off "hey what you doing up so early" he asked pretending as if nothing had just happened i took a large step grabbing him into my arms "Al its ok your gonna be ok just tell me what's going on you don't have to hide anything from me" pulling from the embrace we started to walk."So my parents are getting a divorce and i don't know what to do the two people i love the most no longer love each other" his voice broke and he came slamming into my arms i hugged him tightly "was it my fault,what did i do wrong?" He stuttered "no Alec its not your fault your parents love you" i plead trying to cheer him up "your an awesome guy and everyone loves you including me now look at me" he lifted his head his azure eyes clouded with tears as they peered into my hazel ones his eyes were captivating as they were more beautiful than any jewel. As his eyes captivated me i made no realization of his lip that were closing nearer to mine snapping me back as they reached mine forcing me to back away "its stupid i'm sorry" he tried to walk away. Grabbing him by the hands i pull his smaller frame into mine until we were only inches from each other, my heartrate accelerated as we stood there peering into each others eyes, that's when i took the biggest risk i had ever taken in my life i lowered my head pressing my lips into his sending a warm feeling through my body as our lips met,my hands moved upwards towards his jaw cupping them as the kiss deepens. My eyes were closed and i could felt nothing but his warm body on mine and hour heart beats syncing as our lips caress each other it was as if the world had gone silent and only he and i existed. Withdrawing our lips i could see a little bit of surprise in Alec's eyes as his cheeks were stroked with a light pink this was one of the most awkward yet best moment of my life i grabbed unto his hand entangling them in mine "hey i don't wan't to see you crying anymore any decision your parents make isn't your fault" sincerity coating my words as he gave me a light smile, the sun was almost out and its light and radiant beauty tore through the sky we made our way back to camp.
