Hey guys! I decided to start a one-shot book, purely for Phan. I'll be putting all of them in here when I make them, so you guys don't have to go searching for them or anything like that. Yeah. I hope you like them, and if not, feel free to suggest anything that you would like to see. Anyway, most of these one-shots are going to be really sad. Sorry. Also, if anyone wants to make a cover for me, feel free to do so. xD Love you all!

Description: well, it's the story of Dan's life. It goes from young Dan, to an older Dan who is somewhere in his early 30's. That's about it. Enjoy?

Warnings: mentions of self harm, depression, depressing thoughts, implied suicide, eating disorders, and cursing (but only, like, one word).

It started as a meaningless call, "You're so stupid!"

Dan thought nothing of it though, he was only six. He was okay with life, oblivious to the pain and hate in the world.

A few years down the line, he was 11, and the words his peers said started to effect him.

"Mum, people are being mean to me at school," he'd cried.

"Aw, it's okay. Don't listen to a word they say. They don't know what they're talking about. You're perfect, no matter what," his mother soothed.

He looked up, drying his tears. "Okay. I love you mum."

Two years later, people really started to hate Dan. Why, you may ask? He doesn't know.

Actually, he does. He's ugly, fat, stupid, a faggot, and a whole long list more of names his classmates call him.

As hard as he tried to brush off their comments, he couldn't. He broke down crying every so often.

The next year, he realised he really was gay. He had developed a crush on the popular boy, Philip Lester. 'Phil' for short.

He couldn't resist the pale-skinned, ebony haired kid with mesmerising blue eyes and a smile that could kill. He found himself staring at Phil more often then not, as well as a few slightly less attractive boys.

Then, everyone else noticed, too. Especially Philip Lester. They started to bully Dan, although there were a few people who would secretly tell him that they're on his side.

There were also two people who decided to be there for Dan and stick up for him every once in a while. Their names were Pj and Chris, and they were actually together. They hadn't come out yet, but there were still a few incidences where they were almost caught kissing. Only Dan knew about them.

After four years he got a new car. His classmates egged it. He was devastated as he had to drive home in his new and dirty car. His parents were all over him once he got home, and he was forced to tell them what happened and why.

"They think I'm gay, so they decided to throw eggs at my car," he sniffed, trying to hold back tears. He thought he would get in trouble since he got his car so dirty after only one day of driving it.

"Well ... Are you gay?" His mum asked.

And so, he was forced to come out to his family. His father was pretty accepting, though his mother was a bit weary. She had told him that she wanted grandchildren numerous times and she was a little upset over the fact that she wasn't going to be getting any. Dan was their only child after all. He told her that they could adopt, but she said it just wasn't the same. She was supportive though, just a little down-put.

That night, despite his parents acceptance, he attempted to cut. He was overwhelmed with the thoughts of being an ugly, stupid, worthless faggot.

He couldn't do it though. He had made just the tiniest scratch, afraid to go any deeper. He was disappointed when he figured out he wouldn't be able to draw blood without it hurting. He didn't want it to hurt. He was almost afraid of getting hurt.
