Lexi finished what she was doing and was finally ready to go.

She texted Nailea and told her that she would be there soon.

"Hey brent." She said as she walked to the kitchen.

"What?" Brent said as he was on his phone scrolling on instagram.

"Im heading out so yea."

"Ok....and i care because?"

"Whatever." She said as she walked out the front door. She got in her car and drove off to the mall.

Lexi had finally arrived at the mall. She texted Nailea telling her that she was here.

Nailea texted back telling her to meet them in the apple store.

Lexi walked around the mall until she found the apple store. She smiled so hard because she hasnt talked to him in a long time and was really excited to see him again.

In the past, Lexi and Luca used to like eachother. They both knew about it but never really talked about.

They thought that dating eachother would go really well but if they eventually break up it would ruin their friendship and they didn't want any of that.

It was just better that way for them.

They really liked their friendship and didnt want anything to ruin it.

But when lexi found out that Luca hasn't been talking to her, it broke her heart.

She thought he hated her or she did something wrong that caused him to be angry and just give up on her.

After the whole discussion about Luca on the groupchat yesterday, Lexi didn't evn know what to think anymore.

Once she got home yesterday, she cried so hard that her pillows were soaked with tears.

She was confused about why he didn't talk to her all this time.

It broke her.

He broke her.

She has gone through a lot of pain but this was the worst of all.

The pain of your bestfriend not talking to you for a long time.

But that was all about to change when she walked into the apple store and she saw Luca and Nailea purchasing the new iPhone 12.

His smile was so wonderful.

But that changed when he saw Lexi standing four feet away from him.

"Lexi?"
