𝐄𝐩𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝟏: 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬

The clouds gently covered the sky, making the sun shine lightly on everything around it.

Chase was heading towards the meeting point, he was only a few minutes away. He looked at the map, making sure we was in the right place, he was indeed in the right place.

Chase unmounted his horse, looking around for any signs about the person he has to meet. The river shined beautifully, it looked almost like liquid silver. Chase was absolutely stunned by the beauty.

"Pretty, right? Well dont get to close, River Dragons live in it."

He heard the voice and quickly turned around, facing the owner. It was a woman, a hybrid to be exact. She had wolf ears and tail, as well at canines.

"Your a wolf hybrid?" Chase asked, standing up straight with a blush on his face.

"Yup. Name's October, yours?" The female said

"I'm Chase, a dragon class mage."

October got stars in her eyes, "for real!? Wow! I've only met one dragon class warrior before! Now I've met two!"

"So, what about you?" Chase asked, rubbing the back of his neck. "What warrior type are you?"

"Me?" October asked "well obviously I'm a hybrid warrior. I'm a Wolf class."

Chase lowered his arm, looking suprised at the female infront of him. It was hard for a female to even become a Hawk class, being a female wolf class was amazing.

"What? Dont look so suprised, I'm a hard worker." October said with a smile, showing her sharp wolf-like canines. This made Chase blush again.

"R-right..sorry.."

October laughed, "you blush extremely easily, huh?"

Chase quickly looked to the side. It was true, he did have a blushing problem. His mom had the same problem, they got flustered easily around things they thought where cool, cute, beautiful, Etc.

"Sorry..its a family problem.."

October laughed again. Chase had never met a Hybrid before, but from what he heard depending on the hybrid they had different personalities. There was also quite a range of hybrid types, from Mouse to Dragon.

"Anyway, let's focus on our mission. It says were allowed to take along close friends if we need." Chase said, pulling the job description from his saddle bag.

"Considering the job I think we should." Chase said, seriously and firmly. "But I dont have any close friends.."

"Really!?" October basically yelled, a suprised look on her face. Chase got a confused startled face, slightly jumping from the sudden sound.

"That's awful! I have two great friends that will come in handy. I guess it's a good thing that I make friends.." October said, here hands on her hips, as she started walking towards the woods.

"What are they like?" Chase asked, grabbing his horse and following her.

"Well Yami is really fun to be around and Kate is super kind and friendly." The hybrid replied, looking up at the trees while thinking about them.

"Yami?" He asked

October nodded, "yeah. Dont worry he's cool and kind, his name is just a name after all."

"Ok then. Who's first?"

"Yami." October giggled "he's in Lunia."

"That's a whole different stage!" Chase said in suprise "what is he? A hybrid like you?"
October stopped and looked at the mage from the side. "No, he's not human."

"Not human!? I've never heard of anything like that! What is he!?"

She smiled, "he's one of the forgotten breeds, a Demon."

"A...demon?" Chase asked

"Yeah. He's a dragon class, like you." October said continuing her walk. "He lives on the border of Lunia so we wont have to actually go into Lunia. That place kinda creeps me out.."

Chase hums in response. Thinking how he didn't even know about a Demon breed, much less the forgotten breed category. He was the best Mage, best warrior in Lostipa, but he didn't even know about the forgotten breeds. Not even one.

The sky got darker. Chase looked up to see the clouds starting to cover the sky.
"Uh, October...what's happening?"

October looked up, seeing a familiar view. She sniffed the air then gave a low growl. Taking chase's hand, she then ran.

"Hey!" Chase said tightening his grip on the rain of his horse, not wanting to lose him to.

"Hex!" October yelled, not loosing a bit of power and running at fast as she could, which was fast.

"What's Hex?" Chase asked, holding on to his sword.

"Its not what. Its who!"

Soon the sound of thunder broke through from the sky. Loud and ground shaking. Lightning was seen from the sky, the clouds barely holding it. The wind got stronger as a huge lightning bolt broke from the clouds close to where they where, cousing them to fall and for the horse to run and find cover.

"What was that?" Chase asked, using his elbows as support to get up. October lifted her head to see just how lucky they where, that would have killed them.

"Are you hurt, Chase?" October asked looking towards the Mage.

"No, you?"

October shook her head, soon hearing footsteps on grass. She quickly got up as Chase did the same. A dark black figure appearing from the smoke left behind by the lightning.

"You hybrids are always so hard to catch." The figure said stepping out from the smoke. "I absolutely hate how fast yall are I mean really, do you have to be that fast?"

"Be on guard Chase." October said grabbing her knives and getting into a fighting stance, Chase doing the same with his sword.

"Now is that how you greet a old friend?" A male with blonde hair and green eyes said with a smirk "it's been awhile, October. It's good to see you."

"Hex.." October said, snarling as she said his name.

The Forgotten Breeds are four other breeds that are rare to find.
Demons, Gods, Emperors, and Fairies are all the forgotten breeds.

Demons are like humans but aren't them. They have the ability to use magic and can take over people's body's, some even have special abilities that are unique and one of a kind to only said demon. They look like humans but they usually have Sharp fangs, like vampires, and Dragon-like wings. There the strongest of the four.

Gods are also like humans but there harder to kill and have stronger magic. A God also usually only have one type of element and are male. There able to enchant items and people as well as animals with different abilities. They also have the power to heal.

Emperors are like the dead. They have the ability to control everything but Demons and Gods. They also have a element ability and can summon a guard animal for protection.

Fairies are magic beings when butterfly-like wings and patterns. There usually nice and gentle but might attack if felt threatened. Fairies control the weather and extremely fast. the only things that can keep up with them are Wolf or Hawk Hybrids and Demons, everyone else wouldn't even be able to see them.

All of these breeds are strong and smart, able to kill whatever gets in there way.

Also I'm happy Yami got introduced, it was fast but like I really want to write with him and use his fun and energetic personality!

Anyway, I'm off to make new cover art as well as official art and Character Info Sheets.
