I should have put this here a while ago, but I haven't been all that active on Wattpad recently. Hence, why all my stories are in varying states of discontinuance.

I had dropped my interest in My Little Pony long before, and I apologize for having to alert all those waiting for the next installment, so late. Because of this, I ask that the alternative chapter provided in the previous story to be the officially canonized ending of Ponynapped! Thank you for understanding.

If one must know what I had planned for this sequel story, I will put the gist here:

It was my original intent to include the background characters as well as the Mane Six in this adventure. The portal, as so many of you had already guessed (very clever!), is the mirror to the human world. Lyra would have tagged along in her excitement to meet humans, and I hadn't yet planned what the other background characters would be doing in the human world (perhaps Bon-Bon had secret agent duties to accomplish, which would make a nice side-plot). Once in Canterlot High, they would team up with their human counterparts to find the snow globe trapping the Princesses.

I had originally planned to make up the middle of the story as I went. I did imagine that the previously-ponies group would have difficulties in the human world.

The ending of the story would end with the Equestrian-Mane Six confronting the Queen, and various background characters joining in the ultimate fight, and surprising the Queen. However, she had a spell that could turn any one who came from Equestria back into their original forms (ponies + dragon), which would then make their jobs harder. When she uses the spell, the background characters and Twilight and Sunset Shimmer and Spike turn back, but the rest of the Mane Six remain as humans. Turns out, they were the Rainbowdash, Pinkie, Apple Jack, Rarity, and Fluttershy of the human world. Twilight and Sunset use their horns to stun the Queen while she's caught off guard. They get the snow globe. Problem is, they don't know how to get the princesses out. The Queen disappears, cackling, because she upholded her end of the deal, since she said she would give the snow globe, but not the solution in releasing the princesses. Dejected, they have no choice but to return back to the pony world, after a melancholy farewell with the humans, who wish them good luck. They go to Zecora, who doesn't know how to get the princesses out, but certainly knows how to summon the Queen and trap her. So they make preparation for the trap. Zecora summons the Queen into the trap, and refuses to let her leave until the solution for releasing the princesses is given. When the Queen refuses to say anything, it is surprisingly Fluttershy who gets an idea. Fluttershy takes the snow globe, and tells the Queen that, if she doesn't tell them the key, then she'll smash the snow globe on the ground, and see if that'll release the princesses. The Queen panics, screaming that smashing the snow globe will kill the princesses. Fluttershy raises the snow globe anyway, about to smash it, but before the rest of the cast could stop her, the Queen resigningly blurts out the key to releasing the princesses.

They get the princesses out, and at the end, Fluttershy confronts the Queen, who is still tied up, saying that she trusted in the Queen's kindness, that she knew that, deep down, the Queen still loved her daughters very much, which is why, and forgive her for this, she utilized that kindness in her favor, and offered the Queen a choice. To uphold evil ideals in seek of vengeance, or to be a mother who cares for her family. And the Queen made a wise choice in choosing to save the princesses. Now, she extends the offer of friendship to the Queen. The rest of the cast join in, and the Princesses also endorse the offer.

And whether the Queen accepts the offer or not... Well, that's up to you, isn't it?

If you find the plot pleasing, you can adopt this story and write it out, as long as you include a link to Ponynapped! somewhere in your story.

Now, I must say my salutations here. My time in the MLP fandom truly was wonderful, and I met many great people through it! Thank you for all the attention and compliments and criticisms I've received on Ponynapped!, your feedback is highly valued.

Now, after writing for MLP for what may as well be the last time, here is a proper good bye.

Thank you,

M.
