So in this chapter I'll show how to put PSDs/filters on GIFs. I'll use the GIF banner I made in the previous chapter for this process example.
You just need to prepare your PSD and GIF first. I use Deviantart to find the PSDs. Then you just gotta go to this one website called Photopea.

1. Go to this website called Photopea. Tap on file → open → pick then upload/open the GIF and PSD (doesn't matter which you open first).
