A few months before JJ was born; there was a tornado, many people died. Someone did survive but got severely injured and that person was JJ's father...
When he was found, he was rushed to the hospital and went straight to surgery, he survived the surgery. When JJ's father woke up, he was told he had a big brain tumor. In other words, his brain was bleeding.
It was very traumatizing for him.
(I have been watching too much "Grey's Anatomy.")
JJ's Fathers Pov:
Doctor:" I am very sorry but... your brain is bleeding.."
JJ's Dad:" What-... Are you able to do a second surgery to get the tumor out?"
Doctor: "Yes we are. Do you want us to call someone for you?"
JJ's Dad: "Yes I would like that. You can call my wife. She is out of town with our child."
Docter:" Ok, The papers didn't say you had a child."
JJ's Dad:" Oh Allie is pregnant, Allie is my wife."
3rd Person
On the way to surgery which was the next day. His heart stopped and he almost survived, but he didn't.
