"Come on, Y/N! You've got this!" Kakyoin encouraged me, planting constant kisses on my temple as my grip on his hand tightened.

I didn't even know what time it was or how long I had been at the hospital. All I could really remember was that Jotaro, Kakyoin and I were in bed and I woke up during the night with a strong urge to pee, only to learn my waters had broke the moment I got out of bed.

And now here I was, in the delivery room of the maternity wing at the hospital giving birth to mine and Kakyoin's daughter. Where the heck did these last 9 months go?!

"Nori, if you carry on treating me like a dog trying to take a shit, I'm gonna break your hand! Just shut up for 5 minutes!" I growled through the pain, throwing my head back against the pillow of the hospital bed.

"You're doing really well Mrs Kakyoin-Kujo, just keep that breathing nice and steady for me, okay," my midwife spoke over my pained groans.

"God-dammit, I just want this baby out already!" I whimpered.

I felt Jotaro lean in close to me on my other side, "Y/N, listen to me," he spoke softly into my ear. "This will all be over soon, but until then, keep breathing along with me, okay?" He said as he took my other hand in his and rubbed his thumb in circles on my knuckle. He gently pressed his lips to my ear so I was able to copy his breathing. My hand tightened around his, just as tight as I was holding Kakyoin's as another contraction shot through my body.

"I can see the head!" My midwife announced and I felt my heart fall to my stomach, I was too scared to carry on.

It was clear that Jotaro and Kakyoin sensed my fear because they both wrapped an arm around my shoulders.

"Don't be scared, Y/N. We're right here," Kakyoin whispered.

"Just focus on us, and when the midwife tells you to push, give it all you've got, okay," Jotaro added.

I nodded, trying to keep my breathing steady. "Okay, Y/N, start pushing as soon as you have the urge to push, for me," the midwife instructed and it wasn't long till she said that, my next contraction kicked in and I had the sudden urge to push. Without any further delay, I started to push. I rolled my head to the side and rested it on Kakyoin's shoulder, letting out a groan. The red head's arm that was originally draped around my shoulder shifted slightly as he bent his arm to allow his hand to rest on my head and stroke my hair.

"Great job, Y/N, you're doing really well. Now, I just need you to give me one more big push, okay," the midwife said.

"She's almost here, Y/N, you can do this," Kakyoin said, kissing the top of my head.

I let out a loud cry of pain as I pushed once more until the sense of relief flushed through my body. Gasping for breath, I slowly lifted my head from Kakyoin's shoulder as soon as I heard the sound of a baby crying.

"Congratulations Mrs Kakyoin-Kujo, you've given birth to a healthy baby girl," the midwife congratulated me as she brought my newborn daughter up to me, slipping the top of my hospital gown down to reveal part of my chest and placed her onto my bare chest.

I placed a hand on the baby's back, tears falling as I looked down at her.

"You did it, Y/N," Kakyoin smiled and I glanced over up at him to see tears filling his purple eyes, "She's absolutely beautiful, just like her mother."

Jotaro reached over and rubbed Kakyoin's shoulder as he looked down at the little bundle of joy on my chest, "You did a great job, Y/N," he smiled.

I looked back down at my daughter and planted a gentle kiss on the top of her head. All those hours worth of pain were quickly forgotten now that I had what I always wanted in my arms.

"What do you think we should call her?" Kakyoin asked.

I continued to look down at the baby, thinking of a good name for her. I smiled as soon as I thought of a name, "What about Seina?" I suggested.

"As in rising star?" Kakyoin asked.

"Yeah, don't you like it?" I asked.

Kakyoin smiled softly and kissed my head, "I love it. Welcome to the world Seina Kakyoin-Kujo."

Author's note:

And we are finally on book 4!

As I said, I couldn't wait to start writing this book, so I pretty much started writing it as soon as Our Fate is in The Stars was finished.

Now, I'm not gonna lie, I was extremely indecisive about the name of Y/N and Kakyoin's daughter, first it was gonna be Violet, but then I thought I should got for a Japanese name and thought about Sakura, but as I carried on googling up names I finally came across Seina (pronounced sey-na) and it actually had a nice little ring to it, plus I thought it was very fitting for this saga itself seeing as the word 'star' is in the title of every book, so why not have a baby name that means rising star?

Anyway, I hope you enjoy the final instalment of The Stars That Guide Us, don't forget to vote, comment and follow for more updates!
