A whole year had passed since Giorno and I returned Polnareff back to his original state after being stuck in a turtle's body caused by the affects of Silver Chariot becoming a requiem stand.Polnareff was out in the backyard playing with Jolyne and Seina whilst I was in the kitchen washing up everything from lunch. I felt a pair of arms slither around my waist and startling me. I looked over my shoulder to see Kakyoin smiling down at me. "God dammit, Nori! I wish you didn't sneak up on me like that!" I scolded the red head, making him chuckle at my reaction.
"I'm sorry Y/N. I just couldn't resist," he chuckled and he leaned down and kissed my neck. I let out a soft sigh of content and felt him smirk against my neck as he continued to pepper it with kisses.
"Nori..." I whined at him. "Not when the kids are about."
"Polnareff's got them occupied, so it's fine," he said in a very seductive tone that made goosebumps crawl up my arms. "Come on, why don't you give yourself a little break?"
"I'm a mother, Nori. I don't get a break," I sighed. "Besides, I've got chores to do."
"Y/N? Where are you?" Polnareff's voice called out from the lounge causing Kakyoin to jump back as if he wasn't up to anything.
"In the kitchen!" I called back. Polnareff came into the kitchen and I turned to face him, catching a quick glimpse of Kakyoin's red cheeks after almost being caught in the act... Again. "What's up, Pol?" I asked him.
"I need the first aid kit. Jolyne had a fall whilst she was running around the back yard and scraped her knee," he explained.
I rolled my eyes and shook my head, "That girl's always having little accidents," I said as I went into the cupboard under the sink and brought out the first aid kit for Polnareff. As I went to hand him it, I got a sharp pain in my head, just like I did a year ago. Another vision? Kakyoin and Polnareff looked at me extremely worried and as I stumbled forward, Polnareff caught me.
Where was I this time? What is Scarlet Phantom about to show me now? I thought to myself. As my vision cleared, I noticed that I was in a jail cell. I looked around the cell as I made my way over to the bars. When I reached the bars, I grabbed onto them, the coldness of the bars sending a freezing shock from my fingers tips all the way up to my arms. "Hello?" I called out. "Is anyone there?"
Suddenly, there was a clattering sound just outside my cell and I saw something roll into my cell between the iron bars. I glanced down at the thing that stopped at my feet. It was a CD disk. "What the hell?" I muttered to myself as I bent down and picked up the disc, only to gasp as soon as I saw a face in the CD, making me drop it. I inched closer to the CD to have a closer look, not wanting to pick it up again. There was definitely a face in the CD, and it wasn't mine. It was Jotaro's!
I gasped loudly as I came out of the vision and looked frantically around me. Kakyoin was no longer in the kitchen. Polnareff was kneeling beside me, his hands on my shoulders. "Y/N, are you okay? What happened?"
I blinked slowly and rubbed my head as the pain from the vision started to ease. "Another vision," was all I was able to say. As I recalled the vision, I seized up as I remembered the face in the CD. Was Jotaro in trouble? "Where's Jotaro?" I asked Polnareff.
"He's in the study, wh-" I broke Polnareff off as I clambered to my feet and ran out of the kitchen to head towards Jotaro's study - which used to be my study when I was researching the stand arrow. As I made it to the door of Jotaro's study, I banged on the door.
"Jotaro! Jotaro are you in there?" I called out to him.
The door to the study opened and Jotaro looked down at me with a raised eyebrow. "What's wrong?" He asked.
"I had another vision!" I announced.
"Seriously? What happened?" He asked as he stepped to the side to let me in. I walked into the study and started to explain what happened in the vision as he closed the door and sat down at his desk. "A jail cell? Why the hell were you in a jail cell?" The delinquent asked halfway through the story.
"I don't know, but it's saw something else. A CD rolled into the cell and as I picked it up, I saw your face in it!" I said, biting my lip nervously.
"My face? Was there any sign as to why my face was in the CD?" He raised an eyebrow.
"Not that I could see no," I shook my head with a frown.
Jotaro sat back in his chair with his arms folded across his chest, looking deep in thought. "Before I met you and Kakyoin, I was in a jail cell because I beat up a bunch of guys and landed them in the hospital. That was when Star Platinum materialised for the first time. That's the only thing I can think of that's relevant to me and a jail cell, but I don't understand why that would be relevant to your vision, especially the vision you had last year."
"It certainly doesn't make any sense that's for certain," I nodded. "And here we were thinking things would get easier to understand once I had more visions."
"You've only had two visions so far, and there's no doubt you'll have another one. We'll just need to wait until the next one happens to see if it gives us a bigger picture," he said reassuringly. I nodded in agreement as I made my way to the door to let Jotaro continue his work.
"I guess I'd better let you carry on working. Sorry if I interrupted anything important."
As I was about to open the door, Jotaro said, "Nothing is as important as you. I would rather you interrupt my work to tell me about a vision instead of bottling it up and worrying about it." I glanced over my shoulder and smiled softly at the delinquent.
"Thank you, Jotaro."
