CHAPTER 10: BAD NEWS

4 months, I've been out for 4 months, for me it didn't felt that long, me and Rosie got a lot of catching up to do.

As my basketball career, there is a slight chance of me coming back but, the doctors said it would be better for me if retired, that's a big no for me, I said I would consider but I'm not.
I love basketball and I want to play again, I didn't trained my hole life to have such a short career, I'm not giving up now but convince Rosie is going to be the hard part.

We are on our way to the airport, going back to LA...

Rosé: "I said no YN, end of discussion."

YN: "You know um not giving up right?"

Rosé: "Well I don't care, you just woke up from a coma dummy, I almost lost you and I'm not risking it."

She got a point but...

YN: "I know baby but...I trained so hard, I need a second chance."

Rosé: "*Sigh* can we at least get home first? We can discuss this later...okay?"

YN: "Alright, thanks."

Rosé: "For what?"

YN: "For not leaving my side."

Rosé: "I promised remember? And I know you would've done the same."

YN: "Without a doubt."

After a short silence...

YN: "Hey....did they visited me?"

Rosé: "Who?"

YN: "Mom, Dad."

She looks down and that was enough for me to know the answer...

YN: "*chuckle* as expected, ego is a bitch."

Rosé: "You're not mad?"

YN: "Why would I? This wad basically my hole life, I'm not getting mad now."

Rosé: "But you almost died, they could've at least-."

YN: "Shhhhhh, it's okay, let's just go home okay?"

She nods and lay her head on my shoulder...

(TIMESKIP)

We finally arrived in LA after a 6 hours flight, it's so weird to be back, one moment a was a vampire, the other I'm a basketball player, not even in the movies you see this.
Rosé told me she is going to move and live here with me Jess and Melissa, speaking on them, I wonder how they've been.

*Ding Dong*

YN: "Hopefully she is home, all I want now is my bed, even though I've slept for 4 months....that's sounds so crazy."

Rosé: "Because it is crazy, do you know how hard it was to watch you knocked out on a hospital bed."

YN: "I'm back now, don't worry."

The door opens and Jess immediately jumps on me...

Jess: "OH MY GOD YOU'RE ALIVE THANK GOD!!"

YN: "More than ever, missed you too Jess."

Jess: "Don't ever scare us like that again okay?"

YN: "Got it."
