"Morning already?" Veliona sighs. 'You're the one that wanted to stay up all night. I can't go to sleep unless you allow me to.' Izuko gets out of bed and stretches.

Putting on her uniform, she hears a ringing sound coming from her phone.
She walks towards her nightstand and picks up her phone,It was a message from her friend, Bronya.

Izuko put her phone back on her nightstand, and walked out of her room.
"Good morning!" Izuko smiled
"Good morning." Izuku and Inko replied.
Time skip
"Hey, Izumi.."Izu started
"What's up?" Izumi questioned.
"Do you think I'll ever be a hero?"
Veliona: Here we go again....
"Of course you will! I won't give up on the chances! It's very rare, but lots of people get their quirks later in age, so i'm sure you will too!" Izumi responded enthusiastically.
Veliona: Why do you keep telling him lies? He'll never have a quirk. It happens sometimes.
If i'm being honest i don't know why you got a quirk, your mother doesn't have one.
Izumi/Izuko: There's still a chance!In fact, I have a feeling it might happen today!
Veliona: yeah yeah, believe what you want...
Izumi and Izuku reached the bus stop.
"I'll walk to school..." Izuku left almost immediately.
"O-ok! I-i'll see you-" Izuku was too far away for him to hear her.
"I don't know why he's so insecure about not having a quirk." A familiar voice said behind her.
It was her friend, Bronya.

"W-well he's always wanted to be a hero so..." Izumi responded. "There are lots of hero's around the world without quirks, he could still contribute somehow." Bronya scratched the back of her neck, thinking about how complicated the Midoriya twins were.
"..." Izumi sat there in silence walking along side Bronya.
It wasn't fair. Why couldn't they both get a quirk? Why had the heavenly principles found Izuku unworthy?
"Um..." Bronya started. "What?" "It's nothing, just thinking..."
Izumi And Bronya made it to school right before the bell rang, both wondering the same thing:
Why would the world put a dream in someone, just to crush it?
