The Unexpected

"So tell me! What did you wanted to say?" Ed asked.

"Go on first." Gulf replied.

Ed suddenly stopped the car and Gulf looked at him in confusion.

"Gulf! You guys are married?" Ed asked.

Gulf looked at him in more confusion and nodded. "You didn't knew?"

Ed sighed and shook his head. "She didn't told me."

"She who? Lucy?" Gulf asked and Ed nodded. "How come you didn't knew? Didn't you saw this ring in my hand?" Gulf asked while pointing the wedding ring in his hand.

"She said its just a gift from Mew."

"Gulf face palmed himself and then after a complete silence of minutes, he undid his seat belt." I've to go. "

" Wait! You also needed to talk about something, didn't you? " Ed asked.

" Fuck it! And get lost you fucking dumbass." Gulf said in a low voice with pure anger and left.

He started running towards his house direction. Fuck! This was unexpected.

He was running when he felt a vibration in his right pocket of jeans. He stopped and pulled out his phone.

*Love❤️ calling...*

He picked up the call.

"Hello?"

"Where are you?"

"On my way to home!"

"From where?"

"I was at Mild's house so..."

"Wait I'll pick you up!"

"No dont worry I'll be home soon."

"Stand where you are. I need to tell you something too."

And he disconnected the call.
"Fuck it! Are we in any drama or what? Why is there so much suspense?" Gulf mumbled under his breath.
He was kicking some stones on the road when Mew came.

"Get in." Mew said with a mysterious smile. Gulf narrowed his eyes and went in.

"You came real quick! Anyways let's go! Hey wait! This is not the way to our home. Wha- why are you going that way?" Gulf looked outside the window.

"Cuz we're not going home."

"What? Then where are we going?"

"Honeymoon." Mew said and Gulf choked on air.

"WHAT?" Gulf managed to speak.

"We didn't went on honeymoon after our wedding, right? So we are going now." Mew said, eyes still on road.

"B-but why so suddenly? I mean...what about office? And our friends? We didn't told them anything! And what ab-"

"Henry will manage it! Plus we should also give some time to ourself! Everything is messed up here." Mew slowed down the speed and looked into Gulf's brown eyes. He took his hand softly and placed a kiss. "Let's get free and love each other? I want you. Only you! Nothing else matters!" Mew smiled and put back his hand, eyes again on road.

Gulf was speechless. He couldn't help but think that how lucky he was to have Mew in his life.
"Mew actually I wanted to tell you something. On the way to home I-"

"I know! Its okay! Forget everything Gulf. Just focus on me. On us!" Mew said firmly.

Gulf was shocked at first but then he smiled and nodded.
"So...where are we going?"

"Dont know! Just far from these all. Will you mind if there's no destination?" Mew asked concerned.

"No at all. As long as I'm with you, I'll go anywhere you'll take me to." Gulf smiled and leaned in to kiss Mew on his cheeks.
"Fuck destination. Lets go on long drive wheeeeeeee and then when we will be out of petrol.....we will ask birds and stars to tell us the ways to come back hahahahahahah" Gulf laughed out loud on his lame joke. Mew chuckled at his cuteness.

Suddenly Mew's phone rang. Mew took it out and switched it off. "Same for you baby! We will make sure that no one will disturb us!"
Gulf nodded and switched off his phone too.

The drive was happy. Through each tree passing by the road, their giggles were increasing. And like that, the sky covered itself into bluish shade blanket and slight cold air starts to whisper into their ears. Luckily they saw a house nearby. Mew parked the car and Gulf went through the bushes.

"Mew! What if we find a ghost inside? Don't you think our condition is like those horror movies right now?" Gulf wiggles his eyebrows and Mew chuckled at that.

"Then we will ask him to get the fuck out of here. Kindly!" Mew said and they both laughed. Mew knocked the door for two-three times but no one made any appearance.

"Here hold this for me." Mew gave his jacket to Gulf.

"What are you trying to do?" Gulf asked as he took the jacket and his eyes go widen in shock watching Mew's next step.

Bang!

Mew successfully broke the door by hitting on it for second time.
"Oh my- Mew this is not your property. How can you do this? What will the person think when he'll come back to see that we spent a night in his house by breaking the door?" Gulf was still shocked.

"Don't worry. I'll pay him for the loss. Besides, do you want to sleep outside in cold and freeze to death?" Mew said and went inside. Gulf followed him while muttering something to himself.

They went in and saw there was pure darkness. Mew tried to find the switch and turned it. Under the light, they found that there were few furnitures and no full items in the house. It was empty with  curtains and a few things like couch, a big table and big sheets.
The bulb starts to flicker.

"I dont think it will last long. We should find some candles here." Gulf said and they both started finding.

"I'm sorry. Just manage this one night with me. I'll promise to make our trip special." Mew slowly said.
Gulf stopped and looked at him. His face was pouring sadness.
"No need. Im loving this. An adventurous honeymoon with your beloved husband. Not everyone is lucky enough to get this kind of trips. And after all, I have you and you have me so why not focusing on the positive part?" Gulf cupped his cheeks and pecked his forehead.
"Let's have fun Love!" Gulf smirked and Mew knew what he was up to.

"I found candles!" Mew said.

"Here." Gulf casually pull out a lighter from his pocket.
"Hey! Why are you having this in your pocket?" Mew raised a brow at him.

"Oh calm down Love! Its just because I like to play with its changing flames. I dont have any bad habits" Gulf showed his perfectly white teeths and Mew nodded.

Mew light up the candles and noticed that a hand slipped into his shirt.
His body stiffened at the sudden touch and Gulf came closer from behind and bit his earlobe. "Let's focus on fun now!"
Gulf whispered in the most seductive way possible.

Mew closed his eyes and leaned into the touch. "Sure!"

"What do you mean they went somewhere? Where?"

"I don't know. But let them be."

"Shut up and find them! Or you know what I can do."

"Do whatever you want. I just can't do it anymore!"

"Piece of trash! I'll do it myself. And you're no longer safe too!"
