Doug had barely recovered from the shock of the carnival, those little clowns had done a number on him. He looked down at his leg, his pants torn from the claws of those cursed gremlins. "Little... bastards..." he thought. Maybe this place wouldn't be so bad, it's only a hospital. It can't be too threatening, right?

As soon as he walked through the front doors he felt a cold chill, yet the atmosphere didn't seem to match.

A huge statue stood in the middle of the room, surrounded by what seemed to be nurses. Some stood to the side while some in the middle danced seductively. The place felt more like a strip club than a hospital. In the distance, Doug was able to make out a reception desk. With nowhere else to go, he made his way over. There sat a nurse on the phone. To whom she was talking to was a mystery, but they seemed to be talking about Doug. "Well, speak of the devil! Looks like he just walked in! Ooh, and he's a looker too. You don't have to worry about a thing, sir! We'll deal with this sin-infused menace with short work!"

That didn't sound so good. All Doug could think about was what horrors await deeper in this den of nightmare. Needless to say, the nurse before him could tell he wasn't listening and clicked her fingers in annoyance. "Sir, I really need you to pay attention. We can not offer you our mercy and salvation if you are not willing to accept it!" Was their idea of mercy really accurate to the world Doug once knew? He once again didn't have much time to think, as another nurse approached him very closely. She, twinning all the others, was taller than Doug. Standing like a tower atop her deep red roller-skates, the bag over her head didn't stop the dreaded feeling of her staring into your soul. "Are you ready to accept our mercy?" She asked. There wasn't any other option, Doug had to get deeper into the hospital somehow.
