Kayla pov
I woke up to see bright lights I shut my eyes and blinked a couple of times before I opened them again I saw that I was in the hospital and my arm was wrapped I look to an sleeping Asher next to me and Tay on the other side I look on the other side to see my mom and dad sleep on the couch and you could totally tell that everyone was crying I groan as I feel my mouth is really dry I shake asher and he wakes up sleepy and it's so cute when he sees my awake he jumps up and hugs me really tight away from my arm "omg I thought I would never see you again and I swear to god if u ever cut again I will kill you myself got it"" he says I nod and he smiles and kisses me I kiss back and pull away "can u get me something to drink" I say pleading "anything for you my princess" he says as he walks out I see tay slowly waking up and I sigh she sees I'm awake and jumps up as well and runs over to me and hugs me I don't hug Back but just roll me eyes i can feel my shirt getting wet and I push away to see tears in her eyes "I'm soo soo sorry this is all my fault" she says in more tears "yes it is why are u even here I thought I made myself clear I will never forgive you " I say kinda harsh she starts to sob and runs out the room I sight and see my mom and dad awake and they run over to me "baby are u ok" my dad asked kissing and hugging me "I'm alright daddy" I say and look at my mom I give her a hard cold glare when i start to think about how much I wanted to meet her and how much I complained when I needed her the most and she wasn't there I grab my moms wrist and pull her down to hug me she smiled and I put my head in the crook of her neck and we stay like this for a while until he doctor "how are u this morning kayla" he asked me "good" "good that means we can let you out and in a week you will be back to start you chemo treatment" he says I look at him confuse and my parents give him a look he smiles and walks out the room getting the hint "honey...." my mom and dad says at the same time trailing off "what's going on" I ask and asher walks In "um honey u have a tumor in your brain I'm soo sorry" my mom says and starts to cry again I feel tears prick my eyes and Asher comes over and let's me cry into his chest my parents leave to give us privacy and to check me out of the hospital I get up and change in front of Asher not caring and hop back into the bed for him to hold me

COUPLE HOURS LATER

"honey dinner is done" my mom yelled from the stairs I hop out of my warm comfy bed and put my laptop down I went downstairs and sat at the table with my dad and mom and trust me it sounded weird to say that we were laughing until my mom girlfriend bust in with her huge pregnant belly "honey what is this" Linda asked, my mom kinda shocked "who is this ethan" my mom asked clueless my dad stands up and pulls Linda in another room I shrug when I see asher bust into the room in tears "what's wrong?" I ask him "Taylor tried to kill herself"
