Chapter-3

Screen starts with Luthra's standing outside Arora house.

Preeran looks

The Luthra's went inside and ringed the bell and the door opened immediately as if waiting for them to arrive.

The servant welcomed them and requested them to sit , he'll inform Sarla and Raghuveer about their arrival, he went and told Sarla and she and Raghuveer went down and greeted them merrily.

Sarla said that Preeta is getting ready and will arrive shortly , she also sent Shrishti to get her and Shrishti went , as she entered the room she was engulfed tightly in a bone crushing hug by her sister and she too hugged her in the same way being super happy as they couldn't meet for a long time due to some or the other work , as they broke the hug Shrishti teased her by saying "oye hoye, kya baat hai Preeta aakhir vo din aa hi gaya jab tu shaadi ke liye maan gayi" Preeta said "bas kro Di , abhi shaadi fix nahi hui hai aur vaise bhi mujhe pata nhi itni nervousness kyu ho rhi hai"

Shrishti: "are yaar tu nervous mat ho sab thik hoga" , Preeta just hummed and went down with her , as they reached downstairs Preeta's eyes widened seeing Karan whereas Karan again being mesmerised by her beauty stood up from his seat but not for long as his brother being the spoilsport started coughing and Karan came back to his senses.

Karan and Preeta both said at the same time "TUM , YAHA ,STOP COPYING ME" others were confused and asked tum dono ek dusre ko jaante ho? But they not wanting to tell them what happened this morning or say not wanting to spoil their images in front of a each other's family just tried to give a reason to escape the situation , so Karan said "umm , voh haa aaj subah hi mile the jab main academy jaa raha tha na toh vaha pe traffic jam tha bahut isliye walk karke jaana pada nahi toh late ho jata toh paas main hi ek parking thi vaha pe Car park karne gaya toh vahi pe mile".

Everyone was somewhat convinced by his plausible answer. Then Rakhi said "are wah yeh toh bahut acchi baat hai hum log toh tum dono ko hi milane laye the, Hume laga tha ki tum dono pehle nhi mile isliye ab mil lo par humara kaam toh aasan hogya toh rishta pakka samajhe kya?"

But Karan said "nahiii, um mera matlab hai ki ek baar akele main baat kr lete hai thoda jaan lete hai ek dusre ko phir batate hai na subah toh bas by chance mil gaye na" , everyone agreed and

Shrishti told Preeta "haa bilkul jao , jaa Preeta karan se baat kar le akele main". They reached Preeta's room and she said "Kya baat hai Karan Luthra badi safaai se jhuth bolte ho, lagta hai PhD kr rakhi hai"

Karan : "oh please tum toh bolo hi mat , main bichara phas gaya tha niche, khair yeh sab chodo kaam ki baat pe aao , kya tum mujhse shaadi karna chaahti ho?"

Preeta being shocked replied "are pagal ho kya yeh kaisa sawal hai main tum jaise karele aur bajarbattu se shaadi kyu karungi"

Karan:(sighing in relief)thank god tumhe mujhse shaadi nhi karni nhi tum jaisi Kareli ke saath zindagi toh kya 1 minute bhi nahi bita sakta main! Toh tum ek kaam karo neeche jao aur sabko mana kr do iss rishte ke liye ki tumhe mujhse shadi nhi karni.

Preeta: are main kyu jaun tumhe bhi toh yeh shaadi nhi karni tum bhi toh mana kar sakte ho aur bol do ek aur dedo sabko koi apna superb reason, bol do ki tum already kisi se pyaar karte ho, vaise bhi tumne toh subah bhi kaha tha ki kitni ladkiya hai tumhare piche"

Karan : ahaha main reason dedu ki main kisi se pyaar karta hu, bas tumne ek baat sahi kahi in sab bakwaas main ki bahut saari ladkiyan mere piche padi hai ,meri fan hai.

Karan: vaise tumhara koi boyfriend tha?

Preeta: Nahi aise to nhi tha but meri ek baar engagement hoke tut chuki hai .....ye sab chodo ye socho ki humlog mana kaise kare iss shaadi ke liye.

The room went silent as they thought of ways to deny their parents but there was also a small part of them that wanted to give it a chance. Their parents who were so excited and happy for them, maybe they could try for them atleast.

Preeta thought that he might be arrogant and self obsessed but there was also a soft side to him which she had noticed a bit, she could be wrong but she thought to just listen to her heart for once.

Karan knew that Preeta was a nice person, he has seen himself, it was him that loved to irritate the shit out of her and could do that for a longgg time maybe forever too.

karan:maybe we should give it a chance

Preeta:ok

Karan:dekho vaise....huh...ok?

Preeta:haa, maybe it wouldn't be so bad afterall ?

karan smiled lightly showing his dimples. They went down together and agreed that made their parents extremely happy.

Preeran after adjudicating that they will give a chance to their relationship decided to go down. They reached and saw their families talking happily and planning about their wedding , they smiled seeing their families happy and went and told their decision to their family who were extremely happy and excited .

Sarla: issi baat pe mithai kha li jaye thodi

mahesh and rahuveer:ji bilkul but a glare from sarla and rakhi shut them up making the youngsters snicker

After eating sweets everbody went back to their home with sweet smiled on their faces and talked about wedding preparations while Preeta and Karan were thinking about their future. They were nervous as well as excited to have each other as their life partners not knowing what fate had decided for them.
