Fun Day • Four

About a month after Jason and Kaya been jumping from rooftop to rooftop and training every day. Kaya and Jason decided to take the day off and have fun around the house.

Jason standing in the door way of Kaya's room. "Since we have the day off of training what do what to do."

She look up from brushing her hair. She had just gotten out of the shower. "Uh, we can watch tv or something."

They headed to the living room bumping into Bruce and Alfred on the way. "Me and Alfred have something to do we will be back soon. And don't make a mess."

"Us really why would you believe such things" Kaya called out as Bruce and Alfred walked away making Jason and Kaya both laugh.

Sitting down on the couch "What you want to watch."

Kaya grab the remote out of Jason hands in turned on The Walking dead. "What I never watched it" she gave him a smile.

"I'm going to make something to eat what something."

"Ooo" she jumped up and ran to the kitchen.

As Jason walked in seeing her fill a tray with unbaked cookies.

"Cookies" he questioned.

"Yeah, what do you have against cookies" she joked.

"Nothing nothing at all."

She smiled as she shove the cookies into the hot oven. Sitting on the counter as she watch Jason grab stuff out of the fridge.

"Do you even know how to cook."

"Yeah sometimes I use to cook for my mom when I was little."

She looked up at his face away from the counter. "What was you mother like."

"She was a drug addict." He looked up at her "What about your mom, you don't talk about her."

"Yeah well all I know is that she die, I think someone was sent to kill her or she killed herself because of my fathe-" Cutting her self off.

"Anyways I be back give me a second" she called out as ran out of the room.

Kaya walks into the kitchen with a camera. "Now you see Jason in his natural habitat" she joked.

"What are you doing" he asked smiling at her behind the small camera.

"Filming, one day I going to be glad to have made this tape."

"Well your cookies are burning."

She looked over seeing smoke dropping the camera down on the counter and ran over to take them out. Jason picking up the camera filming her. She drop the tray of cookies. "See not burnt" she picked up one dropping it right away "But they are still hot."

"You call them not burnt" still having the camera on her quickly showing the camera the burnt cookies.

"Not burnt at all" she smiled.

"Ok then eat one"

She pick up one cookie taking a bite making a gross face expression. "Mmm good" she said trying for a smile. She ran over to the trash can in spit it out. He chuckle "Don't even say a word."

"I wasn't going to" he spoke you could hear the smile in his voice.

Before turning around she made sure that nothing was on her face. "Is anything on my face" she asked.

"Right here" he pointed on his face on his cheek.

She wiped her face "Did I get it" he shook his head she wiped her face even hard.

"Chill chill, I joking" he let out a laugh.

She punch him in the arm making him drop the camera. She quickly catch the camera in pointed it at him zooming in and out on his face.

"So Jason Todd do you dance" she stopped zooming in and out.

"Do I what. No no I don't dance"

She smiled sitting down the camera showing the hole kitchen. Walking over to a speaker turning it on as the song Look back at it by A Boogie Wit da Hoodie played.

Dancing over to Jason "Aw come on J, I know you can dance."

As two dance to the song among us each other. Jason continue to cook still dancing Kaya look over to him smiling and the corner of Jason eye he could see her looking at him. He smiling taking the flour on his finger in wrapping it on her face.

She open her mouth then taking some of the flour and throwing it at him. Back and forth they throw the flour at each other.

The song turn off making them stop and look up at each other laughing. "I will clean the flour up while you finish your cooking."

Remembering that the camera was still running she turn of the camera and started to clean up.

They both sitting on the couch watching tv, eating the food that Jason made.

"J let me paint your nails" she demand.

"No" he shook his head.

"Come on" she pauses for a second "It would be hot."

He chuckle "Hot, fine only this once."

She jumped up and ran to grab some nail polish. Pick the color black running back down stairs jumping on the couch next to Jason.

He sat facing her "How do we do this" he questioned.

She grab his hand in sit it on her knee opening the nail polish bottle.

He studied her every inch of her face and the touch of her cold hands. "Why are your hands so cold."

"I don't know, they always cold" she said looking up at him then going to his next hand.

Taking the camera in turning it on pointing it at Jason then at his nails.

"Do you always film" he questioned curious.

"Only when it's something I would want to remember. I learned from a guy name Jensen from the streets. He said memory is this the most important thing."

She smiled then turning back to the tv turning the camera off.

A/N: I just found out that Odeya Rush {Kaya} and Brenton Thwaites {Dick} was in a movie together called The giver. And Cameron {The joker from Gotham}
