The news spread like the flu. Panic raved the town. By day two, everyone knew about the missing dark haired boy.
"Noah is missing"
"Did you hear about the kid that went missing?"
"Daniel's kid is missing!?"
Daniel hadn't slept for days, looking for anything that could lead him in the direction of his son. But days turned into weeks and still nothing. The police were quickly loosing interest in his case.
Before he went missing, Noah's life had always been difficult. He had never known his mother and his older sister committed suicide when he was 4 years old. However, no one knows why.
He was never a social kid; he didn't have a whole lot of friends.
He did always have one best friend though. Taylor.
Taylor was a short nerd who was always bullied but when he was with Noah he felt safe for some strange reason.
As the investigation went on, some vital clues matched up...
The police found some security camera footage revealing the last place he was seen. The lake.
In under 20 minutes a search party was on the waters.
Divers were diving to the bottom of the lake, looking for any sign of the boy, when suddenly - out of the crowed of people - someone shouts, "HEY! I GOT SOMETHING!"
Instantly hundreds of people went towards the man and see a cold limp body in his arms.
He was pronounced dead on site.
There was no hope left.
Noah was gone.
Guilt, anger and grief wrapped the town like a blanket. Announcements were already spreading on the news and internet.
His dad was hardly coping. Crying at all hours of the night grieving the loss of his son.
"HOW DID MY LIFE GET SCREWED THIS BADLY!?"
However in his mind he new exactly what happend but the cameras that were pointed at him didn't need to know that.
When he is alone instead of crying he makes sure he covers his tracks. He didn't need the world knowing he is the man responsible for not only his sons death but his daughters too.
He had done a good job covering it up for years but now he has got to keep himself away from the investigation to find out how his son was found dead in the bottom of the lake. Fortunately he had a plan.
