Jealous

Senju was not a jealous person. She would be very confident about having a strong relationship with her boyfriend/girlfriend/ s/o. But, when that person or something takes away some of your attention off of her, she can’t help but get a little jealous. Currently, you and her arerelaxing at your house in your room. You had finally convinced your parents to get a pet, a small kitten to be exact. 

Ever since you had gotten the little calico kitten you had given it nothing but attention, love, and affection. You were laying on your bed on your back as the kitten crawled up from your stomach to on top of your face. You giggled, raising her off your face and up in the air making her meow in delight. Senju on the other hand was sitting down on the floor next to your bed, stealing glances at you and the kitten. She had been scrolling on her phone for a while, but soon started craving your attention. 

First, she had tried sighing repeatedly to get your attention. Seeing as that didn’t work she went back to her phone, thinking up another plan. She could still hear you cooing at the kitten from your bed. Glancing up at you, she saw that the kitten was placed on your stomach as you petted it. Your other hand had your phone in it as you scrolled mindlessly through some social media. Senju sighently sighed to herself, all out of ideas on how to receive her s/o’s attention without coming off as needy. 

Plus, it was a bit embarrassing to ask for attention. While she was lost in her thoughts, she felt some weight be added to her head. Confused, she looked up to her head. What was there was the small calico kitten, up on all four legs trying to balance on her head without falling off. Senju set down her phone, gently picking up the kitten and placing it down on the floor next to her. She had decided to see how this small creature could capture all of your attention. 

Looking around, she grabbed one of the toys, a small cat feather wand, dangling it above the kitten's head. You, on the other hand, had noticed your small feline friend had jumped off you to somewhere else. You were about to give Senju the attention she had been sighing about, but the kitten had disappeared. You smiled at the scene in front of you. Senju was using one of the toys you had gotten as a kitten, playing with it. It was the cutest thing you had ever seen!

Senju was having fun playing with the kitten, cooing in her head about how cute they were. Sometimes the kitten would catch the feather on the toy, earning praises from Senju. Now she knew how the feline could get your attention so much. It was because of how damn cute they were! After a bit of playing around with the kitten, it must have gotten tired since it crawled into Senjus’ lap, stretching out before yawning and closing its eyes. 

“Ya know, if you wanted attention you could have just asked.” You said, now sitting next to her patting her head with a smile on your face. 

“But it's a bit embarrassing.” Senju muttered, looking away from you as you continued to pat her head. 

“Aww you’re so cute Senju!” You said, making her blush more. “Also, you don’t have to be jealous of [Cat name], I’ll always give you both my love and attention!” You said, arms wrapped around Senjus’ shoulders. 

Yes, Senju felt embarrassed about being jealous over you giving [Cat name] more attention than her. But, she felt a bit relieved hearing that you would be dishing out your love to the both of them.
