(TV-type Flashback)
It's night-time and the crescent moon is showing in the sky. Scenes shift to a cave where Donald, Della, Scrooge, Daisy, Fethry, Gladstone, Huey, Dewey, Louie, Webby, Lena, Violet, April, May, June, Beakely, Launchpad, Mickey, Goofy, Minnie and Pluto are on a nest of treasure on a statue looking down on a hoard of scorpions approaching them. It's pretty obvious they're in a dessert and everyone is wearing their primary outfits instead of their Quack Pack outfits and Donald's voice is its usual quacking self.
They look at the beasts in determination except for Donald who's looking pretty nervous and Louie and June who merely play with their phone. Fethry and Della hold spears (the heads looking like Louie's Khopesh) and Scrooge holds up a rock to throw at the Scorpions.
Scrooge: Suck on stone you scabrous scorpion scoundrels!
He tosses the rock and it hits one of the scorpions, making them all his as the family yell out like tribesman fending off an invasion except for Donald who's frantically looking for an escape route and Louie and June who are lazily playing on their phone as everyone begins throwing as much rocks as they could at the scorpions.
Huey: Finch's journal said the lost lamp of Cali Baba is here!
Louie: How many lamps did this jerk have?
April: I can't wait to meet the genie inside the lamp!
June: That is if the lamp has a genie. From what you told us the last lamp was just family heirloom with no magical properties.
Violet: True, but this one was logged in the journal of Isabella Finch so the possibility of magical properties is highly likely.
Webby: Webby gets out a cutlass. All we have to do is beat scorpions, survive the gauntlet and travel 4 days through the dessert on foot!
She tosses it down and Gladstone tosses a tribal spear at the scorpions.
Gladstone: Woo-hoo! Now this is the thrill I've been looking for! Hey Greener Pasture, Juned-up, join in on the fun!
June: No thanks.
Louie: Nerp.
Donald: Donald anxiously gets in the centre of the nest. Uh…can I ask a couple of questions before we did horrible deaths which looks like a big possibility right now?
Scrooge and Della don't turn but a smile can be seen on their face nonetheless.
Scrooge: I don't see why not?
Della: Sure, shoot Donnie.
Donald: Donald looks to Gladstone in confusion. Remind me why exactly did we bring Gladstone with us again?
Scrooge: Scrooge smiles at his least favourite nephew. For once, this lad had nothing better to do.
Gladstone: Gladstone smiles at his cousin and uncle. Hey, even the lucky winners like me get bored sometimes, Big D. Did you see my face when I won those cars? He furrows his eyebrows in annoyance and makes angry gestures. I was so D-O-N-E with it! Just for once I'd like to win something with a little challenge involved.
Donald: Donald then turns his attention to Fethry. And why did we also bring Cuckoo Bananas Fethry with us too?
Della: Della and Fethry look to each other smiling. Because Mitzi found another one like her.
Fethry: It's true. And I'm letting them have fun together while I come here not wanting to feel so alone.
Donald: And we want them here with us because…?
