Chapter 13 - The Contract

*One minute I'm walking to my seat the next minute I'm laying in a hospital bed with my friends on my right and luna draco and Madame Pomfrey to my left as my eyes start to flutter open then I feel Luna's arms wrap around me as she notices me waking up*

Luna~Y/n!
Y/n~Luna? Is that you?
Luna~It's me y/n
*I wrap my hands around her arm slowly and then release her arms as she slowly moves herself away and I feel draco plant a soft kiss in my hair then on my forehead*
Draco~You can't scare me like that
Y/n~Sorry
Draco~It's ok
*I hear draco move away then I feel a hug from hermione*
Hermione~This is a hug from me harry and ron they couldn't be here since they said they didn't want to cry in front of you
Y/n~It's ok
*Then hermione moves away and I feel oliver give me a hug on my right and Marcus gives me a hug on my left*
Oliver~The Quidditch teams wish you a sweet and fast recovery
Marcus~And the bludgers are still a bit scared of you
*I giggle at what Marcus says and he starts laughing*
Y/n~It's so funny how I've only been here for a month and I can already tell y'all apart based on your movements
Hermione~Well we all spend a lot of time together
Y/n~Madame Pomfrey can I leave?
Pomfrey~Sure you just need someone who will be with you all the time for the next couple of weeks so you can pick
Y/n~Well it needs to be a first year sorry Marcus and Oliver and preferably someone from my house so sorry luna and hermione but it has to be draco he's the only one that I can guarantee that I'll have all my classes with
Hermione~That's alright
Draco~I'll just be with you when there's no one else there and we can all take shifts
Y/n~Sounds perfect so right now it's draco and Marcus' turn since we have to go back to the dorms
*I look over to draco and he grins knowing exactly what I want him to do so I get up and he walks over to me and throws me over his shoulder and starts walking away with Marcus*
Marcus~You really love that don't you
Y/n~It's fun plus I like the view from down here
Draco~Alright someone's loopy
*He throws me around so that my face is at his back and I frown*
Y/n~Aw man
*When we get to our dorm Draco brings me into his dorm and throws me on the bed where I lay there staring at him smiling*

Draco~Cuddles?
Y/n~Of course what are you new here!
Draco~Ok ok you don't have to yell I'm not a idiot!
Y/n~Why are you still standing there then!
*His frown turns into a playful smile and then he jumps onto the bed and crawls on top of me and starts kissing me which turns to a make out session and then I take off his shirt and we keep kissing but then he stops*
Y/n~What?
Draco~Are you sure about this we are still quite young only 11 as a matter of fact
Y/n~Well then put on some protection
Draco~Or you can just take the birth control pill
Y/n~You know I'm not good with pills
Draco~Maybe we should wait til we're older

*He rolls off me and lays there and I turn my head to look at him*
Y/n~Now hold on just a minute

Y/n~I still want cuddles
Draco~Well then you can lay on me

*I move closer and put my hand on his chest slowly kissing him then laying my head on his chest as he kisses my hair*
Draco~Good night princess

*I fall asleep in a matter of seconds as I feel him staring down at me*
*The next morning I wake up and he's in the bathroom getting ready and I see him applying way to much gel to his hair so I get up and go to him*
Y/n~Why are you putting so much gel in your hair babe?
Draco~So it can be slicked back properly
Y/n~Oh...
Draco~Why do you not like it?
Y/n~I like it and I love you no matter what you look like
Draco~Well don't let me stop you from getting ready you can get ready
Y/n~Alright then
*I grab my towel and go to shower and he's still in the bathroom slicking back his hair so I go to put some soap on my rag but then I realized I forgot it out there so I call out to draco*

Y/n~Babe!
Draco~Yes sweetie!
Y/n~Can you grab my rag it's in my trunk
Draco~Sure what color is it?
Y/n~It's mint green
Draco~Alright here you go babe
Y/n~Thanks!
*I apply the soap and wash my body and then come out in my towel and go to the sink so I can wash my face and brush my teeth and then I come out and put on my robe*
Draco~Beautiful as always
Y/n~I'm not done yet I need to do my hair and my makeup and put on some jewelry
Draco~Alright can't wait
*I go back into the bathroom and start applying my makeup and end up putting on a slytherin green eyeshadow with a wing and some mint green blush then I take out the butterfly necklace and lay it on the sink and I put my hair up in a high ponytail with a white and green headband that I knitted together and then I step out and hold the butterfly necklace out to draco*

Draco~For me?
Y/n~No silly can you help me put it on please
Draco~Sure
*He moves my hair out of the way and starts to put on the necklace and I feel his heavy breathing and he finally gets it on and then he kisses the back of my neck and slides his hands down my arms then turns me around and I look at him and he searches my eyes as I kiss him his eyes flutter closed and then snape walks in*

Snape~Woah! I- Ok so um there's someone here who would like to see you too
Draco~Ok
*We walk out and we see dumbledore*
Dumbledore~Hello it has come to my attention that you too have been sharing dorms without our permission
Snape~So if you would like to do this you have to read this contract and sign it
*I look at draco and he nods*
Draco~Ok where is it
Snape~Here you go
*I take it so that I can read it*
Y/n~It says that we have to be responsible and not do any funny business till our 3rd year and that if they get any noise complaints then there going to ban us from sharing a dorm for 3 months
Draco~Ok
*He takes out a quill and signs his name and hands me the quill so I can sign my name after I sign my name I hand Dumbledire the contract*

Dumbledore~Thank you Mia
*I look at him as my eyes and hands grow red and my hair starts moving in the wind and I look towards draco*

Draco~Y/n?
*He's holding onto the wall because everything is shaking and he slowly makes his way over to me*
Draco~Come back to me baby
*I look at him sadly then he kisses me and everything stops shaking as I slowly drift back down*
Draco~We're talking about that next
