Chapter Six:Shut up

It was the week after,Monday,when I decided to pick out clothes for Friday.I chose a cute green peplum dress and black converse shoes.I chose red lipstick and pink nail polish and a bun for my hairstyle.It wasn't that hard picking out my things because I saw them the first moment I opened my wardrobe.I didn't want to wear heels because I hated the sound of sounding taller than everyone else.I got ready for school and the first minute I walked out I saw Thea Evans,a designer student.
"Got everything ready?"
"Yes!"
"Zoe hasn't seen you in a while...has she?"
"No,I can't beleive she said that to me!"
"We'll don't listen to her".
We walked to school together,excited about the next day.Once Thea left,I felt two arms grab me and I screamed when a gentle hand covered my mouth.Once he let go,I saw Stacie smiling.
"Hi."
"Hi."
"Uh,hello?I still exist" Connor waved his arms around.
"Oh hi."
"I wanted to tell you don't worry yourself if I go,we can always make friends."
"Of course!"
"Okay I'll go to class now,bye guys!"
"BAE!" I yelled!
She disappeared and Connor's face became serious.It was rare for him to do anything sensible.And sometimes it really annoyed me. "I know we haven't know each other for long," he began "but I was thinking we could go on a date maybe?"
"WHAT?!"
"...do you like me?" Connor had become very quiet by then.
"Yes I do." I had added quietly too."So,where are we going?"
"Where d'you wanna go?"
"I dunno..."
"Maybe we could go to the safari park-"
By then I was squealing with excitement.
"So when are we going?"
"Sunday."
"Yeah sure,see you!"
"Bye!" He waved at me.
A thought hit me.
"Hey, Stace!" I rushed over to her.
"How 'bout we shop till we drop today?
"Sure!"

By then school ended and Stacie and I went shopping.We bought a small blueberry slushie each to get ready for our haul.We started in the bareminerals counter where Stacie lingered for ages.Then I dragged her over to HMV to buy video games for me and my brother,Caleb.He was only 13.I bought Fifa games and stuff.
"OMG look at movie!I am so buying this!" commented Stacie excitedly.
"What is i-" I looked closely at the DVD she was holding.
"Malificent!" I loved that movie alot.
"Yeah i know right!"
We bought our things and headed to other shops,River Island,Disney shop,New look and alot of other things.
We stopped in our tracks when we saw a new shop-well I did.
"The Smasher," Stacie read aloud.
"Let's go inside!"
We scuttled inside where there were loads of sweets.
"Ooh,BrainBlasters!"
"LOOK CHILLI SWEETS!"
"Dude I can see cola lollipops!"
I turned around and I saw soap.Facial soap,makeover soap,shaped soap.I picked up heart-shaped lilly soap.
A colleague approached us.
"Hello," she started, "this shop sells random stuff,y'know soap and sweets aren't similar.But we sell some makeup too.There," she pointed over to a basket of colourful things. "We are like the Body Shop,but instead our products are made in India." She smiled. "I'm only 22,and I bet you are 17?"
"Yeah!" Stacie a d I said in unison.
"We have a range of polishes beside the counter which I bet you might like.".
We nodded and looked around.I fingered over some clear nail polish and pomegranate lip balm until I finally bought it.Stacie got herself two light-purple nail acrylics.
I had already done a cryptic little shop for Stacie,but that's a surprise.We waved the girl goodbye and we wandered off into McDonalds.After all,your never old for a happy meal.The guy at the counter looked at us,and Stacie glared at him.Then without a word,he gave us our happy meals then gulped.
"I wonder what I got!" I happily muchrd my last fish finger.
"Well,I just hope it's a puppet!" Said Stacie drinking her coke.

Yay.

We chucked the toys away and received death stares from the guy.I gave him a sinister look,and once again he gulped and looked away.
It was nearly time for the mall to close so me and Stacie got a bus to my house.Her house was only on the second street so she said she would walk home.
"I guess we only have 48 hours left together," Stacie shrugged.
"I'll miss you..." I started.
"But don't be sad,it'll be okay,you'll make friends."
"You too.".
I gave Stacie a hug when we came off the bus and we have each other goodbye's.
