Your nose began to run due to the cold breeze, standing on a snow covered mountain. That's where you liked to stay, all by yourself, secluded. You've always liked being alone most of the time though you tend to get lonely. You had a younger sister who'd pester you to play with her and younger brothers who enjoyed to tease you. Due to their constant presence of annoyance, you now value being alone, and quite enjoy it. Your siblings grew into fine witches and wizards. Your cottage atop the mountain housed many potions and concoctions. You think of yourself as a rather average witch, unlike the witch of the waste who terrorized and cursed people. You enjoy making potions and spells that help people.

Suddenly an extremely loud rattling came from the opposite side of the mountain. You turn to see the snow beginning to shift, you worried if an avalanche would occur. The trees covering the lower part of the mountain began rustling, birds flew out of their nests in fear of what ever was making its way up. Just then you could make out what was traveling up the mountain. It was a large, rusty, creaky shack like building on legs.

"Oh you're kidding me! It's that pest, Pendragon"

You exclaimed as you realized it was indeed, Howl's moving castle. You've heard rumors about him but you've never actually met him. Locals say he steals pretty girls hearts, others say he has no heart at all and is quite selfish. You have mixed feelings about him, on one hand he doesn't sound like the best wizard, on the other you wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and judge him once you knew him. You referred to him as "that pest, Pendragon" because he is always causing a ruckus with that so called castle of his on the mountain. You did wonder how exactly it worked, you assumed magic of some sort.

"Maybe the inside is more charming than the outside?"

You thought still watching the castle travel up the mountain side. Finally it reached the summit of the mountain and began traveling downwards so you could no longer see it. Starting to realize just how freezing you are, decided to make your way back to your cottage.  A few yards away from you was a small wooden cottage. It has a cozy living room, a tiny kitchen, along with a bedroom lined with bookshelves. You opened your door and sat in your living room by the fireplace. After you warmed up, you drew a steaming bath. Once you finished undressing you stepped into the bath. The hot water soothing your aching body that was frozen moments earlier. You began to think about the castle you saw earlier today.

"That castle of his is always scaring my favorite birds away!"

Your thoughts drifted towards the conductor of the castle, Howl. You wondered what he was like, how he dressed, spent his time, you even pondered what he smelt like. You snapped back.

"What was I thinking about just now?"

You thought, as you cheeks run hot, blushing.
