The Nightingale(Skyrim fanfic)

Alstier?....

(( 5:00am 27th of Sun's height 4e205, Alstier's pov))

    I wrote in my journal:"I saw a woman go inside a cliff on the mountain carrying someone which I'm sure was Drotty, my sister" I put the journal away and yawned it was early but I had to watch the cliff to see if anyone would come out again.

   I had been here for a few days now and the waiting was getting tiring, I hadn't seen Drotty for so long and I just wanted to hug her and make sure she's safe. I wonder if she still has the necklace I gave her?
    I sighed and layed down to fall asleep.

((3:30pm 29th of Sun's height Drotty's pov))

   I growled and kept walking away then I stopped suddenly and sniffed the air "wait.... There's someone else here" I growled quietly and sniffed the air only to gasp "s-someone who is close to me" tears started to run down my face and my eyes glowed "no,no this can't be right" I closed my eyes and felt a gentle hand on my shoulder.

   "Shh,it's ok Drotty" that voice! I remember that voice.... I kept my eyes closed but hugged him "Alstier! I-I thought you were dead!" he hugged me back and I opened my eyes to look into his face "no,after I gave you your necklace I ran away from home" he smiled and shook his head which I noticed half of his hair had been shaven off and the rest to the side to look like a wood elf.

  I giggled and he raised a brow "what's so funny?" I shook my head and hugged him tighter "you know you don't look like a wood elf right?" he chuckled "I know I don't but, I did something bad to get here and had to change my hair and my name for in public at least" I nodded and smiled as I thought of something "do you think you can stay with me now?" he nodded and kissed my forehead "of course, my sister" I smiled and looked down "what should I call you in public?" I heard him sigh "Zaver, you should call me Zaver"

   I smiled and nodded, we broke up the hug and I looked down to hide the scars on my face which he must've noticed "I know you can't be that shy anymore?" I giggled and looked at him "a lot has happened since you last saw me" he nodded slowly but I could see he was confused. I sighed and shook my head "I'll tell you about it later but right now I have to go to Riften to get my mask fixed" he tilted his head to the side a bit "mask?" I nodded and pulled out my mask "this, I usually wear it but" I shrugged not sure to continue "but what?" I growled to myself "I shouted with my mask on and burned a hole into it" I saw as he thought and I put my mask away.

   "Well, let's go then shall we?" I nodded and went to his side which he wrapped an arm around me and we walked together, as sister and brother once again.

Yeah, yeah I know your probably wondering "where's the romance?!" or "why no romance" pfft.... Hey look I'm not very good at that stuff.... But don't worry soon I'll put romance into it.... By the way do you hate or like Alstier? Oh well I'm gottaplaymc and peace out!!
